Insomnia - the inability to sleep st night

Tonight is just like every other: lie awake; try to keep eyes closed and ultimately fail; end up getting up for a coffee at four and then play on a gadget of some sort.
It's no different. Like clockwork, at four the coffee machine is bubbling, and a relieved sigh sounds through the empty night when the ambrosia meets dry lips.
Just like every other night.
