Moments before Red and Rhea  Rhipley clashes off for the Mae Young Classic finals, Y/n gets ready for his first match against the NXT North American Championship Roderick Strong in a non title match. 

The Match Begins.

Y/n and Roderick grapples each other until Y/n gets the upper hand and irish whip Strong in the turnbuckle, and connects with a clothesline.

Corey: Oh Y/n with a vicious clothesline in the corner!

Y/n dominates mostly throughout the match, but when he delivers a belly to belly suplex gives strong an opening for undisputed era to distract the offical.

Byron: Hey! What are they doing, it an interference! Ref do something!

Corey: He can't, the NXT Tag team champions are distracting him.

And then Adam Cole delivers a strike to Y/n head.

Corey: Oh! a blow straight to the head! That should give Roderick strong the opening.

Strong connects with his finisher, and goes for the pin!

Byron: Oh and y/n kicks out! Even with all of the undisputed era here, y/n won't stay down!

But when the official had enough he barred the undisputed era out of ringside leaving strong by himself. Y/n stands up behind strong to connect with the Backstabber, he then taunts Roderick and picks him up for...

Byron: Oh god! The GTS Connected!

Corey: That move has not been used in years! He stole it from Cm punk.

Byron: And now Y/n goes for the cover!

1! 2! 3!

Byron: And just like that y/n knocks off the Nxt north american champion!

Y/n celebrates his win with the WWE universe and goes backstage, Meanwhile Red wins the Mae young classic tournament, and the trophy against Rhea. The three unite later backstage.

Backstage.

Tre: Wow dude, not only red won the mae young classic but u scored your first win on nxt against the NXT north American champion!

Y/n: I know, maybe it will get me an opportunity against the north american champion!

Suddenly the Undisputed Era Shows up.

Roderick: You got lucky there tonight, but next time won't be easy, because next week i will be defending My NXT North American Championship against you, and i will prove that i am no push over.

Y/n: Really, if u want to prove that you have not gotten soft or a coward than fight me without the Undisputed Era by your side, because i remember that you didn't win the title on your own.

Tre: That's exactly how i remember it.

Then the Nxt general Manager william Regal shows up.

Regal: Gentleman, I heard everything, and i decide the matches around here alright, i am impressed that y/n made an impact on his debut against strong. So next week Roderick Strong will defend the NXT north american championship Against y/n, and also if the undisputed era interferes, than Roderick loses the title. Goodluck Next week both of you.

Regal walks away.

Roderick: Don't feel comfortable, Next week you won't have an advantage.

The undisputed era walks away.

Present time.

The Trio makes it to the hall of fame ceremony.

Red: (Fake smile) Ugh i hate these things so much.
