The bell had gone and I was taken to the cafeteria and sat down with Samantha and her friends
"Talia, this is my boyfriend hunter, my best friend Hayley and my other friend Lila, guys meet Talia the new girl" she said and I shook everyone's hand and sat down opposite hunter and next to Lila
"Sooo quite the entrance you made this morning" Hayley said and I laughed
"I was racing against Tyler, beat him to it"
"Wait Tyler, as in Tyler Rivera"
"Yeah he's my neighbour"
"Damn girl he fineee" Lila said and I laughed and then looked over at Samantha and saw her kissing hunter
"Get a room damn" I said and she laughed
"Girl don't look but Tyler's looking at you and so is Cole and Harvey" Lila said
"What behind me" I said and she nodded and I turned around and they all smirked, I held eye contact a little longer and then they turned away
"Girl I said don't look" she said and I rolled my eyes
"Oh well I kinda have to go to my locker I'll be back yeah"
"I'll come with" Lila said and we headed to my locker to put my books in my bag and just then I heard footsteps
"Hey babe" I heard and turned around and saw Lila and Harvey hugging
"Well that took a turn" I said and she laughed
"Ima go" I said walking off and heading towards the back of the school and sat down on something and looked over at the field
"What are you doing" I heard and looked over to see Tyler
"Sitting down"
"What about the cafeteria" he asked sitting next to me
"Noisy and way too hot" I said and he leaned back on the wall shoving his hands in his pocket
"Don't trust hunter" he said shoving a toothpick in his mouth
"What Samantha's boyfriend?"
"Whatever her name is don't trust him, he's a prick"
"She's dating him not me" I said and he got up and patted my shoulder
"I mean it" he said and walked off

The bell went and I headed off to biology
"Ah Talia right? Sit over there" she said pointing to an empty desk and I sat on one of the chairs and she gave me note book and I started writing down some notes and the door opened and I saw hunter walk in with a smug look on his face
I wonder why Tyler told me to stay away from him
He sat down next to me and smiled
"Hi again" he said
"Hey" I whispered and carried on writing
The whole lesson we did not speak other than occasional "do you understand this I'm lost" and I helped him out
I headed out when I saw Cole walking past me and smirked and then winked
Weirdo
I gave him a weird look and hunter grabbed my arm
"Where's Samantha" he asked tightening his grip
"I don't know, ow you're hurting me" I said trying to pry his fingers off but he just grabbed me with two hands and gripped tighter until his finger tips went white
"Where is she" he yelled and I tried to knee him but he kicked my ankle
Just then I heard 4 words speak in a low, violent and husky tone that even I was scared
"Let. Go. Of. Her"
His grip loosened and I took that as an opportunity to punch his face
He stumbled back a bit clearly not expecting to be hit and balled his fists and tried to swing until an arm grabbed his before he came in contact with me
