•Lauren's Point of View•
I walked down the hall, leading Camila to the kitchen. "So what's up, Camz?" I asked my best friend. "Not much. Just hungry," Camila answered. "Oh yeah right," I responded.
We reached the kitchen, as Camila sat in the stool beside the island in the kitchen I asked, "Camz, what do you wanna eat?" "Uhh. Whatever," Camila replied. I giggled, grabbed ingredients for pasta sauce out of the fridge. "What're you cooking, Lauren?" Camila asked as I reached into the pantry for a box of pasta. "Pasta," I answered. "Yuuuuuuuuummmm," Camila replied. "Just hurry up! I am not so sure how long I can wait," Camila said. "Alright alright," I agreed. I cooked the pasta, placing it on a plate in front of Camila. "YAY!" Camila exclaimed.
As she dug in, Dinah came into the kitchen. "See jealousy made you hungry," Dinah teased while she smirked. "Haha. Very funny," Camila said sarcastically. She went back to eating the meal I had prepared for her. Dinah grabbed a package of cookies in the pantry. "DINAH! We JUST had dinner! What are you doing?!" Ally busted her while walking across the hall. "I just wanted a lil sumin sumin to nibble on while watching Beyoncé music videos jeez," Dinah admitted. I giggled, and so did Camila as she chewed her food. "Well, can you get something healthier?" Ally scolded. "Ugh fine. Ally is always acting like she's our mom. I'm getting annoyed," Dinah said in exasperation. "I'm just trying to look out for you, Dinah," Ally reminded. "I know, but can you chill out a little? You know loosen the reigns?" Dinah asked. "Fine," Ally mumbled under her breath, obviously upset that no one cared for her advising them.
It was unbearable to watch her frown. She was the brightest thing on the planet. She doesn't deserve to be frowning. When she frowns, it's like puppies dying. I don't want to witness that.
Dinah placed the cookies back in the pantry, and grabbed a box of crackers instead. "Be nice to Ally," I reminded Dinah. "Uhhh, okay. It's just she's too uptight sometimes," Dinah said before walking back to where she came from.
"Hey, Lauren!" Normani greeted, while getting a drink out of the fridge. "Hi, Mani," I said happily. "Lauren, pass me a banana," Camila groaned. "Camz, you just ate three slices of pizza and a huge plate of pasta. Why do you need a banana?" I asked. "BECAUSE I AM HUNGRY, LAUREN. STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS AND GET ME A DAMN BANANA," Camila shouted. "Fine fine. Chill pushy," I stammered. I handed her a banana. "So what do you wanna do now?" Camila asked. "I'm gonna go see how Ally's doing. Need to see if she's okay," I answered. "Alright Lo, you go do that," Camila suggested. I left the kitchen, and hesitantly walked off to Ally's bedroom.
