waking up to the bright sunlight of the saturday morning, yn stirs from place to place on her bed, groaning occasionally and cursing herself for not closing the blinds last night. suddenly, her phone vibrates from next to her, the alarm blaring into her ears.

"oh for fuck sake. how is it time already?" yn groans, sitting up on her bed and rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. trudging towards the bathroom, she closes the door behind her and leans against the sink counter. yn looks up at the mirror and gasps at her reaction.

"what does jaemin see in you? you look like a rat." she mumbles to herself and starts grooming herself.

twenty minutes after getting ready, she hurries out of the house in her work outfit, grabbing onto her purse and rushing into the car. glancing at the rear mirror in her car before backing out, she sees a man in a long, black trench coat, a black beret and a mask, striding in front of two other more carefree men.

"who wears a trench coat in the middle of summer?" she whispers and after seeing the sidewalk was clear, backs out of the driveway and makes her way to work.

arriving at work, she quickly makes her way inside the office building, already eager to get the day over with to relax at home. greeting all the coworkers she knows while chit chatting with them on the elevator up to her floor, she bids them goodbye and scurries into her office.

"morning!" she says as she sits down at her seat. the various employees in her office greet her, before standing up as the ceo walks through.

"did you hear that we hit a new deal?" her friend, and coworker, yuna, whispers into yn's ears. yn's eyes widen and whips her head towards yuna's direction.

"really?" nodding furiously, yn looks around the room to see everyone else nodding their heads.

"wow, the first time in months now."

after having dinner with her coworkers, yn stumbles towards jaemin's, her boyfriend, house. having been together for 2 years, yn possesses the keys to the house. swiftly sticking the key into the keyhole, she quietly tiptoes into his home, setting her bag on the counter besides the door. taking her shoes off. sliding the slippers onto her feet she makes her way towards the kitchen to boil some water, just about to call out her arrival.

"babe! stop!" she hears the giggles of another woman. narrowing her eyes, she tiptoes towards the corridor leading to his bedroom. the door, wide open, comes out the giggles and chuckles of the same female. taking a silent breath, she steps into the open and gasps, covering her eyes.

"yn! what are you doing here?" jaemin asks, covering the woman up and standing up.

"mind telling me who she is?" yn asks, crossing her arms, shock and hurt crawling out to her chest. staying silent, the girl, with the blanket still around her naked form scoffs.

"i'm his girlfriend! who are you?" the girl challenges. gaping at her response, she steps back.

"so two years of this relationship means nothing to you huh..." she mumbles, nodding her head slowly, "all right. i'll take my leave."

"wait yn! let me explain!" jaemin hurries, jogging towards yn and takes a hold of her wrist. slapping his hand away, she speed walks down the corridor, taking her bag and her shoes, not even bothering to put it on.
