Alright, since this is Book II to Book I, which is Konosuba: A CPU's Blessing on this Wonderful World, I recommend that you go and read that story first before coming to this one. The main reason is that it will introduce you to the characters, understand the reader's abilities and how he came to be, and why these characters are in this story in the first place. Or you could be a total jerk and not read it and completely ignore this statement. However, if you have already completed Book I, then you can ignore any other statements, read a bit of the bios if you want to, and hop right into the first chapter.
