They were all hunkered down in Arlo's house with a helicopter circling overhead. Raylan watched it out the window with a stern glare. Rachel was on another window, and Liz was watching the back of the house. Art came back in after he had gotten off the phone with air ops.
"Our guys are with air ops filling up the helicopter," Art informed them, "Another fifteen minutes till wheels up then another thirty minutes of flight time."
"We can't sit here for another hour," Raylan said.
"15+30 is 45," Art stated.
"Better part of an hour," Raylan corrected, "We don't know how many people Tonin sent. You want the battle of bloody porch?"
"The what?" Rachel asked.
"The Wild Bunch," Art told her.
"So what do you recommend Raylan?" Liz walked over to the group, "With that helicopter were basically sitting ducks."
"We gotta move and we gotta move soon," Raylan stated.
"KSPs not ready," Art said.
"6 units deployed," a marshal's voice came through the house, "they'll meet us over the pass. Once we get those units we can leapfrog. Shut down the onramps and go 80-85. Be in Lexington in 2 hours."
""They'll catch us in that two hours," Liz commented.
"Art and Tim go ahead with a decoy convoy and I'll figure something out for us," Raylan said.
"You sure?" Art asked.
"Very."

"Where can we go and have somewhere big enough for them to land," Liz added.
"We can go up to the old high school," Raylan said, "One time they landed a helicopter on the baseball diamond."
"They did what?" Liz looked over at him.
"We had an astronaut come and visit," Raylan said, "think he went to the moon or something."
Raylan's phone rang and he looked down.
"It's Art," He said.
Liz moved to be next to a window looking out just slightly. She let out a deep breath and looked around assessing their situation.
Raylan got off the phone with Art and looked at Rachel, "contact air ops, We gotta go."
"I think you guys should go ahead and I'll hang here in case anyone decides to stop by," Liz told Raylan.
"No," Raylan stated, "you're coming with us."
"The less of us at a location the better," Liz said thinking tactically, "its less attention to you and someones here then keeps them off your trail for a few."
"You stay safe," Raylan pointed a finger at her, "call me if anything happens.
"Got it boss," she nodded.
She stood in the kitchen and watched Raylan, Rachel, and Drew go. She stayed alert as she watched the road for any sign of life. She took a perch in the kitchen so she could have a good view of the road. The silence however, wasn't by any means peaceful. It kept her on edge. She had learned in Baghdad that silence could be deceiving. It was if a clock was ticking down to a singular moment. A calm before the storm type of feeling. She got up and decided to walk the perimeter to help easy her mind. She had her hand on her side arm as she walked around the house. When she made it back to the front, a cloud of dust had appeared on the road.
