(Y/n)'s POV
"Scottie I'm home!" I sang while coming through the door, our cat Zeus came to meet me yet Scott didn't, 'Work's probably keeping him late again...' I thought while petting Zeus. I picked up the gray cat and walked into the kitchen, "We're gonna make dinner, you just can't eat the plants okay?" Zeus batted at my hand in response, I sat him down on the counter and tapped his nose. Taking the leftover spaghetti out of our fridge I microwaved it and played with Zeus while waiting, "It's 10:00... did he switch back to the night shift? No he would've told me... right? Maybe Mike or Vincent knows." I said to myself while leaning on the counter. The microwave beeped and I took the spaghetti out, "Ooh this is hot, I can call Scott or Mike while waiting." Setting the plate down I picked my phone up and dialed Scott's number.

        After a few more tries Scott still didn't pick up so I gave up and called Mike instead, 'Please don't be hurt Scott...' I thought while hearing the phone ring.

Mike's POV
"Uuuggghhhh, why am I still working here?!" I groaned while sitting at one of the tables, "Good question, actually why are any of us working here?" Fritz asked while tying his tie. Suddenly my phone started to ring and I picked up, "Yo" I answered shortly, "Hi Mike, this is (Y/n), Scott's husband/wife, I know we haven't talked much but I was wondering if Scott was still at the pizzeria? He doesn't seem to be home and isn't picking up..." (Y/n) said on the other line. Looking around for Scott I clicked my tongue, "Yeah sorry he doesn't seem to be here, I'll try to call you if we see him." I answered sitting back down. I heard (Y/n) sigh, "Okay thanks, I'll tell you if I find him so you don't waste your time looking. Bye." With that (Y/n) hung up. "Who was that?" Vincent asked while leaning on a chair, "Scott's husband/wife, Scott didn't seem to be home so they called me." Vincent nodded.

"We should get to the office, wouldn't want to miss another night in hell now would we?" I asked sarcastically, we headed to the office and started the night. "...Ya know if you never killed those kids-" "I'LL KILL YOU NEXT IF YOU NEXT IF YA DON'T SHUT UP"

(Y/n)'s POV
I entered our bedroom and stopped in my tracks, hunched over the desk was Scott working on something. "Baby..." I said softly, Scott mumbled gibberish in response, walking over to him I put my hands on his shoulders and leaned my forehead against the back of his head. Scott whined and tried to shake me off, "Babe I can't work with you leaning on me." Scott said tiredly. I massaged his shoulders and kissed his cheek, "Then maybe you should stop working for a while, what're you working on anyways- oh. The games again?" Scott nodded and pulled me closer. He held onto me and started humming, I pet his hair and hummed along with him, "You wanna go to bed baby?" Scott asked while rubbing my back. I chuckled, "I think you need it more than me." Scott yawned, "Yeah I think so too..." he stood up and walked over to the bed with me.

  "I just need to call Mike first" I said pulling out my phone. Scott snuggled up next to me and sighed. Once I finished I turned back to Scott and snuggled into his chest, "I love you baby" I breathed out Scott wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead, "I love you too."
