Nightmare Freddy x reader (Part 2)

(Y/n)'s POV
I heard a loud crash of thunder outside and set my book down, I'd previously found out that the boys were scared of thunderstorms so I was going to see if they were okay. Before I could even reach the top of the stairs I saw the three of them come rushing out of their room, "MOM, mom did you hear that?! It was loud! We need to hide, lightning is gonna come and strike the house! We-" "I don't wanna die! The thunder is gonna kill us!" "Is there gonna be a power outage? How long will it last?? Do we have enough food??" The three of them spoke over each other while the storm continued outside. I kneeled down and opened my arms, the three of them immediately ran to me and held on, "We're going to be okay, the storm is just gonna be loud." I assured.

"Can we stay in your room?" Owen asked with hopeful eyes, I nodded and stood up, "We can watch a movie too, will that help?" I asked while walking towards my room. The boys nodded and rushed to the door, once we entered we saw Freddy leaning back on the bed, "Hello, did the storm scare you boys?" Freddy asked in a calm tone. "Yes, that's why they're gonna stay in here for a while, and we're watching a movie. That's okay with you right?" I asked while helping Liam climb onto the bed. Freddy nodded and leaned back, I smiled and grabbed the remote to our television, just the a bolt of lightning flashed outside our window. The boys scrambled over to their father and hid, I turned the TV on and picked a movie, "It's okay boys, we're alright." I assured while letting the movie play.

        I sat down on the bed and felt Freddy pull me closer, Owen and Ace were now on top of me while Liam was still with Freddy. Once we finished the movie I noticed that the three of them were asleep, "Should we put them in their own room?" I asked Freddy in a quiet tone. "Yeah, here I can take Ace and Liam." He responded while picking the two up, I took Owen in my arms and carried him to his room. I set him down on his bed and tucked him in, "Come on, let them sleep dear." Freddy said while placing a hand on my shoulder. I nodded and walked out of the room with him, we went back to our room and got ready for bed. "Isn't it crazy how far we've come?" I asked while slipping into my nightgown, "Well I'm glad we've come this far, I don't know what I'd do without you." Freddy said.

        I smiled at his compliment and went into our bathroom, once I finished I left and saw Freddy sitting on the bed waiting for me. "You wanna watch Friends?" He offered, I nodded and walked over to him, i cupped his cheeks and kissed his nose. "You're adorable"  "Not as adorable as you" He whispered softly while pulling me down with him, "I love you so much." He said while wrapping his legs around me. "I love you too baby"
