"We're going to our house. We need to talk." Lauren said quickly before turning around. Victoria turned around abruptly a second after and pushed on the gas. They rode in silence all the way to the apartment complex. Harper stepped outside, while the twins stomped all the way up the stairs and to the door, with Harper trailing behind them. They were mad.

They opened the front door without speaking, and then walked into their apartment. Victorias and Lauren's apartment had seven rooms Victoria's room, Lauren's room, the guest room, the workout room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was still pretty new, the twins had only gotten it about 2 months ago.

Victoria's room had a comfy bean bag chair, a blue and white bedspread, a dresser, a desk, and a TV against her wall. The twins sat on the bed, and Harper sat on the desk chair, which at the time felt like an uncomfy interrogation chair.

"Did you see the news?! You were out last night without your invisibility on! You're pretty much just begging to be caught!" Lauren ranted, her eyes turning red.

"Lauren, watch out. I don't want you to burn up my room again with your laser vision." Victoria said as she rolled her eyes.

"Oh, right. Sorry." said Lauren. She took a few deep breaths, her eyes turning back to their normal sky blue. She thought, I need to learn to control my laser eyes. I'll practice tomorrow. Then she said, "Okay, back to the problem at hand. You can't go outside anymore without your invisibility any more, okay?"

"I know, I know," said Harper, "I was just training for parkour, and once I went into a dark alley, that's when I turned invisible."

"Why would you turn invisible after you were in plain sight?" Victoria asked.

"I don't know, I've just always done that and it's never been a problem." Harper said nonchalantly. "I'm sorry, I won't do it again." she said, ashamed.

"Yeah, you won't. Remember what happened to Tony Moore? That was a crisis! The whole agency almost shut down!" exclaimed Lauren.

Tony Moore, which was one of the S.O.A.I.'s heroes, was part of the California branch of the S.O.A.I. He went out once in his suit to deliver a harddrive full of info on S.O.A.I.'s enemies. The L.A. police came and collected data including his fingerprints. Tony freaked out and pleaded with the police to let him go, he told them that he was just practicing parkour. They didn't believe him. Just before Tony was supposed to be taken to the police station, he started a fire that burned everything within a 2 mile radius, and vanished mysteriously. Tony Moore was never seen again.

Harper sighed, and replied "I know, and I indubitably do not want that to happen to me."

Victoria hesitated and then looked at Harper sternly. "You're not allowed to go on missions for a week."

"You can't stop me from doing missions." said Harper matter-of-factly.

"Okay, fine." said Lauren, "But we will ignore you for a week and you won't have anyone to hang out with."

"NO! Don't leave me again! Just those three days were horrible!" Harper exclaimed.

Two years ago, when Harper had absentmindedly went out on a night mission and turned invisible halfway through it, she made the headlines A PERSON TURNS INVISIBLE? WHAT ARE HUMANS CAPABLE OF? Lauren and Victoria refused to talk to her until the incident was sorted out, and the news reporters came to the conclusion that it was just a shadow. Harper was sitting alone at lunch for days, without anyone to talk to.

"We will if you go on missions," said Victoria, snapping Lauren's mind out of the distant memory.

"Oh, yeah. So don't go on any missions for the next week, or it will be bad déjà vu for you." Lauren finished.

"I can't stop doing missions!" Harper insisted.

"Then you can do the missions by yourself for a while," said Victoria vociferously.

"Guys, please," Harper pleaded, " I am so sorry for what I did, please let me do missions! And don't disregard me!"

"Fine," Lauren sighed. "But you really can't do that again Harper." finished Victoria.

"I know, I know," Harper said, rolling her eyes. "I promise that I won't." she said, now smiling because they weren't mad anymore.

Victoria walked over to her purse and she picked up her phone. She dialed a number, and once it responded, she talked loudly to the other end, which Harper figured were the boys. Finally, Victoria stopped and smiled at me. "We will be right there." she said enthusiastically.

She hung up the phone, put it in her pocket, and said, "The

boys can make it in thirty minutes, and the new place we are going to is fancier than we had originally planned."

"Um, but what if I don't want to go?" Harper asked.

Lauren laughed loudly and then her face turned to stone as she said, "You have no choice, we aren't doing this to be mean to you, we are doing this to help you. We are your best friends, don't you trust us? "

Harper sighed and then said, "Fine, but how am I going to get home if we're in such a time crunch?"

"What do you mean?" Victoria asked.

"You keep clothes in the guest room for a reason," Lauren added.

"I know, but I don't have my purse or anything, not even my wallet!"

"Oh, yeah. well..." said Lauren, thinking about what to do.

"You can just borrow my car and drive back to your house to retrieve those necessities," Victoria said, interrupting.

"Okay, thanks!" Harper said as she hopped up from her spot on the blue and white desk chair, grabbed the key to operate the Tesla and walked out the door, "See you guys later!" Lauren and Victoria glanced at each other and shook their heads. They then rolled off the bed and went to get changed into dressier clothes.
