Move In Day

I turn towards the stairs and direct Leo to follow me.

"Don't you dare pick me up."

He throws his hands up in defense chuckling.

"I have something that I need to tell you when you get up here."

"That makes me nervous. Should I be scared?"

"Maybe a little." I say as we get to the top of the stairs.

I send Jax a text to let him know I'm okay and that I'm going to bed.

He replies with an okay as I walk into my room. I tell Leo to close the door behind him and grab my bag picking out my night clothes.

I brought a silk pajama outfit with the shorts and short sleeves.  I don't have my own bathroom so imm decided I'm gonna change in my room.

"Leo can you turn around so I can change." I say shyly.

He chuckles at me. "Yes baby I can."

He turns around and I start undressing. I take off my shoes and socks first. Then my pants and slip on my shorts. Then I take off my shirt and bra and slip on my other shirt.

"You can turn around now." I say grabbing my bonnet out of my bag.

I put the bonnet on my head and sit down. Then pat the spot next to me so he can sit down too.

"The boys told me I needed to tell you this before I moved in. It's not really something bad but it'll probably make you angry." I say to him

"It was after I became friends with Eric and Brandon. Girls got mad at me because I was friends with them and Eric and Brandon really didn't give them the time of day. Then to top it all off we were the smartest three in our standard classes and I looked like the typical quiet girl and I never really spoke unless I was around Eric and Brandon. People used to bully me when they weren't around. It was worse back then compared to what it is now.

Every time I didn't do someone's homework I got lunch dumped on, or my food taken away during lunch when Eric and Brandon didn't show up. Then they took it too far. I didn't do Jackie's homework and I stood up to her. I told her I wasn't doing anybody's homework anymore in front of the whole class. She was so mad that day. One day Eric and Brandon didn't come to school for some reason. So I had to go to school alone.

I told them I was gonna come over after school because my dad was working a lot and I didn't want to be home alone. I was walking to the bathroom when a group of guys came up to me. They took me and threw me behind the school, I hit the wall pretty hard.

I was trying to get up when some group of girls came up as well and just started beating me and I would try to protect myself but it was too much. I felt a couple of bones break. They were stomping on my head also so I was in and out of consciousness until one hard kick knocked me out completely. Eric and Brandon came to find me when I didn't go to their house like I said I was after school was out for an hour.

When they found me they said they were scared I wasn't breathing because of how badly I was beaten, but they found a pulse. So they rushed me to the hospital and I ended up having a couple cracked ribs, a concussion, a black eye, a sprained wrist and a broken ankle. Plus a lot of bruises, my dad was on a business trip so they just took me to their house afterwards. If Eric and Brandon didn't find me when they did it was possible I could've died because of all the head trauma I received.

That's why Eric and Brandon are so protective of me and we are always around each other. They are scared to lose me. They told me to tell you so you are aware of all the pain I've endured since I've been here."
