My Bad Boy Alpha Male: Chapter Eight: I have this bad feeling . . . .
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
A/N: I'm really sorry as to why I haven't updated recently (more like in a month or more) because I'm going through somewhat a rough patch in my writing where I want to improve the storyline more, adding on the fact that I've already started school and you know how it is, I'm assigned tons of homework and daily and wind up pretty tired. But I promise to do my best to always upload as soon as possible. Lastly, I want to thank each and everyone of you that has commented, voted, or just plainly read this story because your support really means a lot to me since I want to become a published author one day. So, thank you guys for everything. (Feel free to comment below. I want some feedback on how I'm doing on this, so thanks)
Happy Reading (Feel free to PM me about anything)! :) -MGL xx

Selene POV
After our little "cuddle" session, it was a bit awkward to say at least.
I then uncurled myself slowly from his chest and looked into his sea-blue eyes. They were staring at me with so much concentration and emotions that I looked away, blushing.
I saw a slow smirk spread over his face when he saw my face turning tomato red. 'Pfft, arrogant Alpha,' I thought, forgetting my troubles for a moment. 'That's good, he's confident,' my inner she-wolf crooned at me. 'No it means he's arrogant and conceited there's a difference,' I shot back at her.
I stepped back even further from Cole, and Cole being Cole noticed and intertwined my hand with his. His large calloused hand engulfed my pale, tiny looking frail one. Somehow it looked perfect and natural.
"Selene," Cole's voice suddenly boomed, breaking my stare at our hands. I looked at back at him and sheepishly smiled when he asked me if I was listening to him.
"I said if you would like to go to a bonfire," Cole repeated with a small smile and took a small step towards me so fast that it was sort a blur, and took my hands in his. I ripped my hands away, startled all of a sudden. I caught the hurt in his eyes which made me feel tremendously guilty.
"For what?" I asked nonchalantly, avoiding his piercing gaze.
"The contista is telling stories passed down generation from generation from generation . . . ." Cole trailed off, looking at me intently.
"Come and I'll show you."
"But I don't have any clothes to wear," I stated, looking at the dreary hospital gown I was wearing.
"I'll get a female from the pack house to let you borrow some." Cole shortly replied, ushering me out of the sterile white room.
The hallways unlike the hospital room, had more color and life. The walls were painted a soothing shade of light blue and was filled with millions of pictures of what looked to be pack pictures and previously won titles. Wow. Those were a lot of trophies.
Since I was too busy noticing the new intricate vases at the end of the hall I ran into Cole's back, resulting in me bouncing back and falling on my butt. Ouch! Cole's broad back then turned around, as he faced to meet me his blue eyes swimming in confusion until he realized I had fallen.
