*SKIP till AFTER SCHOOL*
Currently me and Matt are walking home, and I'm listening to him ramble on about his Science class. Even his voice is perfect, and his jaw while he speaks.... *insert eye heart emoji* OMG I really need to stop with the staring....
"Lauren?" Matt said waving his hand I front of my face, cutting me out of my day dream.
"Yea? Oh, uh, sorry what ?" I said
"Did you even hear what I just said," he said looking at me.
He's so cute ....
Omg shut up not a good time stupid voice thing.
"Uh, yea of course" I said lying
"Hmmm sure," he replied obviously not believing me.
But we both just laughed it off... We finally arrived to Matts house, his parents were still at work, so we had the place to ourselves. We headed up to Matts room.
Ok breathe, you can do this, just tell him you like him, it will be fine, everything's okay.
I followed him to his room and sat on his bed while he sat on his computer chair in the corner.
"So what were you gonna tell me?" I asked breaking the silence.
"Wait, no you tell me first," he retorted
"Nope," I giggled, " Just tell me Matt, what's the worst that could happen, and plus I will tell you straight after." I smiled at him.
"Ok fine, Well you know Jade ? Jade Ross? Well she's my Girlfriend, and I really like her, and I just wanted to tell you first because your my bestfriend and all, so what do you think?."He asked proudly
You hear that. That's my heart shattering into a million pieces.
I can already feel my eyes starting to water. I didn't want to cry in front of him. I knew this was a bad idea. He doesn't even feel the same way ... Better yet, HE's DATING MY BULLY! Why ? Why me?
"Hey Laur, are u okay?" He said in a worried tone.
"Yea I'm fine, I really need to go it's getting pretty late," I said still not looking at him.
"Laur, it's only 5?" He replied
"Matt I need to go,bye," I grabbed my bag and ran out of matts house.
I couldn't do it anymore, all my tears came rushing down my face. As I ran as fast as I could home. Once I was home no one was there so I rushed up to my bedroom and slammed the door. I slid down my door, balling my eyes out.
Do you even know how much this hurts. I just felt like curling up in a ball and just go to sleep and never wake up. I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket, I checked it.
Matt🐢: Hey are you okay? Why did you leave all of a sudden?
Matt 🐢: Did I say something?
To Matt🐢: Yea, sorry mum wanted me home for dinner.
I lied...
Matt: oh okay that's cool, anyway see you at school tomorrow☺️ byeee
I still couldn't help but cry still, I'm probably over reacting but, I like him so much. And now he's dating the school bitch, what does he even see in her!
Ughhhh!!!
I just jumped into bed and cried myself asleep....not ever wanting to wake up again.
