The Summer I met Him

 “Hey can I get someone to fill my jet ski…. Oh sorry, um could you fill my jet ski up with some gas please?” I said trying not to drool at how amazing this guy was standing in front of me.

    “Yeah not a problem, sorry I wasn’t down there sooner, I will be there in a second” He said making my heart race so much I cant believe it wasn’t coming out of my chest!

    “Thanks again sorry I was kind of rude”

I said to him trying not to stare at how incredibly hot he was. He had blonde “surfer” hair and bright blue eyes, he had no shirt on exposing his 6-pack, he was any girl’s dream of a guy!

    “haha its perfectly fine don’t worry this is my job ya know” he said with a perfect smile. “By the way, my names Brady”

     “Well thank you, and mine is Nora” I said trying to look a little decent! My hair probably looked terrible cause I had been on the jet ski all day!

     “Well there ya go” he said

    “Thanks you can put that on my dads charge, its under Cornell”  I said

    “Will do, and umm hopefully I will see you later” He said almost making me faint!

So that’s where my amazing summer starts. Hi, im Nora, and my family has a house on Lake Placid, we are up there every single weekend in the summer, its my favorite place ever! So, I first met Brady at the lake side gas station, and as I said before he was like a god! I mean this couldn’t get any better!

    “Im back mom!”

    “Ok sweetie, hey listen tonight were gunna have a little BBQ with a couple of people from the lake, like Ray and Lori (some friends of ours)” She said

    “Oh awesome ok I will go change quickly then come down to help you”

    “Nora they should be here in a bit can you come down?”

    “Oh yeah sure!” I said coming down the stairs. “So who is coming tonight?”

    “Well Ray and lori and the Quinns, actually they have a son your age, his name is Brady, he has been working at the gas station lately, maybe you have seen him?” She asked me and I thought my heart was going to drop! No way! I cant believe he is coming over tonight!

    “Oh yeah I know him, hes very nice” I said a little late

   “He there here you guys” My dad yelled up. I looked out the window from the second floor. The Quinns were docking there boat and Brady got out to tie it up. He looked like a model! He had on a Ralph Lauren polo shirt with his swim shorts on. I didn’t really know him, but no one had made me feel the way he did. I mean I only really knew him from getting gas and we talked a couple of times but that was really it, I hadn’t seen him any place else except for there. I went down to the dock seeing that Ray and Lori had arrived and I was helping them bring stuff that they brought up to the BBQ pit. As I walked down I saw Brady look at me, he looked kind of surprised to see me but didn’t say anything, I headed up to set everything down when my dad asked me to go around back and get some ice for the cooler. Then Mr. Quinn told Brady to go help me. Oh god. My face turned bright red!

    “What no hello?” I herd him say. It gave me gosh bumps when it was 90 degrees out!

    “Oh, haha, sorry just been kind of busy helping my mom” I said trying not to blush. I picked up a bag of ice then another

    “Here let me help” He said as he took a bag from me. He came close and I looked at him for a minute. His eyes were so blue it was unreal.

    “T-thanks” I stuttered

    “ Haha no problem, you’ve got to stop apologizing!” he said, I swear every time I look at him my heart starts pounding rapidly.

As I started to walk back down I triped over something and as I thought I was going to fall on the ground he caught me! I seriously thought I was going to die.

    “Oh my god thanks” I said blushing terribly

    “Haha its fine, I kind of like you in my arms anyway” He said giving me a smile. If I was blushing before, then my face is as red as a strawberry!
