Izuku and Ochako kept encountering this mysterious "Silk" as the fought crime. Everytime they were there, Silk was there. They were always confused at who she was. Finally, Izuku put two and two together and figured out that it was Momo Yaoyorozu, the new girl at school. He interrogated her in costume.
"Why put your life on the line?" Spider-Man asked.
"Because I want to protect and I can't wait for my license." She said to him. His eyes widened. He agreed with her on that.
"Alright. But no more fighting alone. You stick with me and Spider-Woman." He said.
Thus, the web warriors were born.
