Chapter 21

Yoongi POV

I woke up feeling the warm embrace of my partner. I smiled before opening my eyes to see her sleeping face. I had missed her so much but things were about to get even more complicated for us. After Y/n and I took the title of Queen and King things got difficult. Her mother went and stole some very important information and gave it to our enemy. They can now access everything we own. We were sent on a mission to eliminate the targets but it was too many of them. They came out of the middle of no where and for once in my life I feared death. I had never feared death but knowing that I had someone waiting on me change everything. I never wanted to fall in love because of this reason but I know that protecting Y/n is my personal mission. My life long mission because losing her is not an option.

I watch her sleeping just enjoying the moment until she moved closer me cuddling into my embrace some more. I chuckled knowing that she wasn't going to let me out of her sight today and I was completely fine with that too because I missed her a lot. I was about to wrap my arm around her when I felt her lips on mines. She kissed me passionately before smiling and saying,

"Good morning baby" In her cute morning voice. I chuckled and kissed her again before responding back.

"Good Morning doll. Did you sleep well?" I asked in soft tone as I looked into her eyes. Her eyes widen as she gasp and sat up immediately.

"Did I hurt you? I'm so sorry baby. I just missed you that's the only reas......." I cut her sentence off by smashing my lips onto hers. I pulled her onto my lap as she straddled herself onto me deepening the kiss. She broke the kiss and rested her forehead on mines. I pecked her lips one more time before she rolled back over.

"Cuddle me" She said whine. I chuckled before pulling her into my embrace slowly drifting back off to sleep.

The mission was unsuccessful again. All I wanted to do was get Min Yoongi off the table. He needed to die. It was a must. He had been ruling our world for as long as I could remember. Y/n however change his status more than anything. I needed both of them out of the picture so I could succeed. I just didn't know how to do that any more. Y/n's mother had been captured and most likely killed for betraying her family. I held my head in frustrated. I knew now everyone in that house was under secret watch. Yoongi was watching their every move. He knew something wasn't right with the last two attacks. I rolled out of my bed and sighed. I have to figure this out. Otherwise all of this will be for nothing. I will get the title of being the mafia king.

Y/N POV

I woke up before Yoongi did and I just smiled before pecking his forehead. I climbed out of bed and went into the bathroom to do my morning routine and shower. I was about to step into the shower when the bathroom door open. Yoongi entered the bathroom undressing himself before joining me in the shower. Once we were done we both went into the closet to get dressed for the day.

We walked downstairs and entered the kitchen, everyone smiled as Jungkook ran and hugged me tightly. I hugged him back as he cupped my face and said,

"Are you okay? Did he hurt you last night?" He said in a worried tone causing me become flustered.

"No he didn't, he always very gentle."I said in a low tone causing everyone to look at us in awe. I hid behind Yoongi who just laugh before pulling me onto his lap. He kissed my forehead before whispering into my ear.

"I love you doll." I smiled brightly before saying

"I love you more baby."

After breakfast Yoongi and the rest of the members had gone into the meeting room. I was sitting on the sofa daydreaming when I saw someone familiar. I got up and moved closer to window to get a better look. The sight before me broke my heart. How could they do this us. My tears fell from my eyes as I eavesdropped on the conversation each word breaking my heart. I walked upstairs to Yoongi's room and began to pace back and forth. How could I tell him this? Just how? Why? So many question ran through my mind only filling me with rage. I immediately walked out of the room and marched right into the meeting room.
