Will you be selfless or selfish in the end?
Will you see angels or demons?
We all sin
Good may not get you into Heaven but it matters
Hate might not send you to Hell but it will shatter
Your hardened heart
Who were you at the start?
"Feed me lines, make me into something I'm not"
Is this what you'd like me to say?
Am I now what you want?
I can read your lies off my sheet
I can look pretty in my seat
But as soon as the spotlight turns off
You can see me as another plot
That you can't control where it goes
Will I be selfless or selfish when it begins?
It's called "The city of Angels"
Some say it's filled with demons
We're all searching for Safe haven
It's only human
Passing shadows down the street
And they wonder why the hell were lonely
Does your fire come from a bomb or star?
The roll they stuck me in I was never meant to play
