THIRD POV

"F-fine," Toko said, looking away from Sayaka. "Only for M-Master's sake."

"Great," Sayaka said, grinning evily. "Meet us at 8:00. In the gym." Toko nodded and they went their separate ways.

TOGAMI POV

Makoto and I have been dating for nearly two months now, and I've felt happier than I ever have. Even though he is but a simplistic nobody, I love him more than anything in this world. Naegi had brought out a different person in me. I smiled and laughed more now, and acquainted myself with his friends. And the best part of all was knowing that Toko would no longer pester me. At least, not as much.

I walked through the halls, getting ready to go home, when I felt someone watching me. Unsurprisingly, when I turned around, I saw Toko jump around the corner, surprised she had been caught watching me. I rolled my eyes and continued down the halls toward the exit, but before I could leave, Toko's voice echoed through the halls. "W-wait!" She said. I turned to where I heard the voice, but I didn't see her. I turned back and walked out of the building. As I headed for the car I had called to pick me up, I felt my phone buzz.

Toko 🤢🤮✂️

Toko: There's something you should see.

Toko: Look at the school website.

And what could be so important you had to text me? :Me

Toko: Just do it!

I stepped into the fancy car. I couldn't help but think about what she told me. What did she mean? We pulled up to my mansion and hurried up to my room. I sat down at my desk and opened up my laptop. I entered the password (MakotoNaegi), and went to the school website like Toko said. What I saw was something I could never un-see...

EARLIER (Also don't question why it's so late I have no idea)

MAKOTO POV

I opened my locker to put away my books and a note fell to the ground. I picked it up.

Meet me in the gym at 8:30. It's important.

I cocked my head to the side and shrugged. Why not? I've got nothing to do. Plus, whoever wrote it said it was important, so I should probably go. I put by books in the locker and checked the time. It was eight right now, so there's no point in going home before then. I shut my locker and sat down on a bench nearby. Thirty minutes. I can wait that long.

TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY DEEP-FRIED TERUTERU

It's 8:26 now, so I should probably get going. I walked toward the gym, and because of my luck, I came in at exactly 8:30. I looked around and saw Sayaka sitting on the bottom row of bleachers. I went over to her and sat down. "Did you write the note?" I asked. She nodded. "So what did you want to tell me?"

"Now!" She yelled and grabbed my head. She pressed her lips against mine and I heard a camera click. I pulled away and stood up, taken aback.

"What was that?!" I half asked, half yelled. "You know I'm taken!"

"I love you, Makoto." She said. "That's why I need to do this." I felt my eyes start to water.

"Do what?" She looked away from me.

"You'll see." She whispered. I ran out of the gym and wiped my eyes. What was that all about? I hurried and grabbed my things. I left the school with just one question. What was going to happen?
