My Last Visit In His Concert (Ambition Series #1)

CHAPTER 6

I woke up at 3:00am in the morning, Hindi ako nakatulog Ng maaga dahil sa daming iniisip.tambak nanaman ako ng  presentations tambak nanaman ako ng problema. Ngayon lang ako nag ka ganito sa buhay ko. Everything was fine back then but dad changed I changed too.

Malaki ang impact saakin Ang pag ka matay ni mama at ang pag ka alcoholic ni dad, but I don't blame dad because if I were him too, I would do the same.

I just didn't know why he cutted the money in my credit card. That's just bullshit! Online shopping is the only thing that makes me happy tas ganito pa Ang gagawin niya.

'bullshit'

Tumayo ako sa higaan ko, habang papunta sa kusina ay binubuksan ko lahat ng ilaw.

I stumbled upon him in the couch sleeping peacefully. Why is he anyways? Why is he sleeping here? I thought when I got to sleep umalis na siya? Anong ginagawa niya dito.

Pag ka punta ko sa kusina kumuha ako ng gatas sa refrigerator at ininom Ito. I can't sleep!

Naubos ko lahat ng gatas sa carton at tinapon Ito. I'm bored, I wanna do something, I wanna eat, I wanna cook.

tahimik akong tumakbo papunta sa kwarto at kinuha ang ipad at bumalik agad sa kusina. i tied my hair into a bun and looked a dish in my ipad.

'i wanna cook kare-kare'

i grab a cooking pot and placed it on the stove, i grabbed my ingredients and  started to chop them.

Before I cook a kare kare, i grabbed my rice cooker and measuring cup, i measure the right amount of ricefor me and elijah.

'don't worry I'm not gonna let him starve like that'

I washed it and rinse the rice and let it cook on the rice cooker

I tenderize the beef with magic sarap and water, i heated the pot and cook it at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once i heated it i grabbed my ipad and click on my playlist.

I sang and sang and waited until the beef is tender,  one the beef is now tenderize, i remove the beef from the broth and set the broth aside.

So i heard you found somebody else
And at first, i thought it was a lie,
I took all my things that make sounds,
The rest i can do without
i don't want your body but i hate to think about you with somebody else.

I loudly sang, I don't care if someone heard it, I just wanna sing you know?.

As i sing i heated the annatto oil, saute garlic and onion until it limp.

Once i heated it i added the tenderized beef and the peanut butter and let it cook for at least two minutes.

Our love has gone cold,

And then leaving with somebody else.

I sang as i waited the two minutes past, when the 2 minutes passed, i poured about 2 cups of reserved beef broth and adding more to achieve it's desired sauce consistency and boiled it.

I added sitaw talong and pechay one at a time and giving one minute interval each addition.

And lastly i poured nestle all purpose cream and let it simmer.

I don't know if i'm sane anymore i mean cooking kare-kare at 3:00 a.m. in the morning got me going crazy but i mean i kind of missed cooking it.

I grab a whole bowl of kare kare  and a whole bowl of rice and placed it on the table, don't worry I left a little bit of rice for Elijah.
