Notes:
○This is my first ever fic so beware of plot holes!
○The names of (y/n)'s friends were originally Japanese names since I'm really unoriginal with names, with that said, there are comments about my past choices for their names.
○(y/n) does watch anime, but for the sake of this story let's say that she hasn't watched BSD yet hence why she doesn't really know about things.
○ There are things that are left unexplained during the first parts of this story, some are intentional and some are not.

"That's it for today," the old woman, whom they called a teacher, sluggishly exited the room full of high schoolers

Of course, all of them were happy that the teacher finally finished her class. The woman abused her power with being the last teacher for that day, she basically snatched half an hour from the students' palms

But, all of them were sort of fine with that, it was Friday and that meant that there was no school after that day.

The students that were left inside the classroom all stood up, almost simultaneously, as soon as the teacher left.

Some packed their bags, some were grumbling as they begrudgingly took the cleaning supplies to clean the classroom, while some loudly chatted with their friends, planning for what they would do once they exited the school.

"How about boba?" Daisy, (y/n)'s friend for almost four years asked

"Sure! Is everybody going?" By everybody, (y/n) meant their other friends in their circle. Hanging out with each other during Fridays almost became a tradition for them

"Let's see. Andy, Abby, and April have a group activity, luckily we're done with that. Haley told me that she and Ester were asked by a teacher to help them after school which leaves you, me, and Pat," Daisy sighed, it was the first time that they weren't complete after class.

Usually, the others would ask them to wait for them, but this time they told them that they'd be staying longer than usual which led the others to frown as they told them that it was fine if they headed home first

With (y/n) sighing as well, she packed her bag and searched for her other friend.

(y/n) placed a hand on her eyebrows and squinted her eyes as if it was going to make finding her friend faster.

"Where is he?" She mumbled, which made Daisy facepalm with what her friend was doing.

"I- he's been here all along you idiot" Daisy answered.

As (y/n) faced the girl, she felt a hand bonk her head to which she let out a small 'ouch'

Looking at the boy, she basically had question marks floating around her head

"Come on, I'm hungry," Pat pulled his two friends out of the classroom after they bid their goodbye to their other friends

As they reached the outside of their school, which was quiet since almost everyone already went home, they started talking to each other.
