The orphanage always got clothes and stuff donated but the shirts are always long and ugly so I cut them into crop tops. And I was lucky to find those vans in the donate box because we usually get donated cheap ugly shoes. Then I brushed my hair and left my ugly small room that I tried to make cute with what I had but it didn't work.

I walked downstairs and got in line and I just looked down because I am shy and I knew I wouldn't get adopted cuz my legs are fat and parents like skinny cute kids. I was just zoned out in my head space until some man walked up to me.
?- Hey whats your name L- Oh umm hi Im Lilly ?- Ok Im Griffen would you like to be adopted Oh god he wants to adopt me I'll probably just get sent back for causing trouble anyway L- uhh sure G- Ok whats your file number L- 69 I said smirking so he would think I was inappropriate and not want to adopt me because I know I will get sent back or abused. It was actually my file number tho G- Ok I will be right back I saw Griffen walk into Ms. Bitches office and they started talking
Griffens POV I walked into Ms. Ginas office G- May I please see file number 69 Ms. Gina- Sure She opened it read the name Ms. Gina- Are you sure you want Lilly she gets into trouble and talks back alot. Shes even snuck out of the orphanage and came back drunk. G- Im sure, there's something different about her like she didn't try to impress me she acted genuine Ms. Gina If you say so She handed me a stack of papers and I sighned them it took me about 45 minutes. Ms. Gina walked out of the office torwards Lilly she said Ms. Gina- Lilly go pack your being adopted by Mr. Johnson so go pack. I saw Lilly get a little sad I don't think she wants to be adopted. I watched her slowly walk up the stairs. I could tell shes been hurt before. I walk up to Ms. Gina and G- Can I help Lilly pack Ms. Gina- sure, go right ahead and remember its not to late you don't have to adopt her shes nothing but trouble. G- Im sure she seems nice and Im proud to call her my daughter I walk up the stairs and I turned left and opened a door that said Lilly on it I walked in to her tiny sad room and said G- Hey you want help packing L- No Im fine I don't have very much stuff I think to my self this poor girl she only has 5 outfits and 1 pair of shoes. I see her open this drawer out of the corner of my eye and I blink and all of a sudden what ever was in that drawer is now in her bag. She must be hiding something
Lillys POV When Griffen is turned away I go to my drawer that has my 2 bras and 3 underwear and a bottle of vodka and I quickly dump it into my bag. Hopefully he didn't see but I don't think he did. Then I hear G- Hey kiddo ready to go L- Uh yeah G- Ok do you want to say bye to anyone first L- No I will be back here soon enough
Griffen POV Wtf is that supposed to mean does she think I am going to send her back? I think I am going to act like I never heard that.
Lillys POV We walk down the stairs and make a left then a right. Right before I walk out the door I remember that I want to say bye to one person L- Bye Ms. Bitch I yell and it echoed threw out the orphanage I walk outside waiting for Griffen then I hear G- Young lady I understand you have had a hard life but that gives you no excuse to use that language I roll my eyes a little then L- Sorry I say in a soft voice He says G- Just get in the car I get in the back seat cuz I am shy and I didn't want to be right next to him yet. He got in the car and before he drove off he said G- Hey Lilly what would you like for breakfast L- Idk but it doesn't matter Im not hungry I only eat like once a day or sometimes I have like two snacks because when I started starving my self to get skinny my apetite went away so i only get hungry like once a day. G- But Im sure you haven't ate today L- I never eat breakfast cuz the orphanage breakfast was gross so now im just used to not eating breakfast I just lied to him for the first time and its only been 20 minutes hahaha I thought to myself. I just don't want to tell him the real reason cuz I don't want to be judged G- If you say so Then it was silent for about 20 minutes until G- So Lilly what do you like to do for fun I thought about how me and the baddies at the orphanage would sneak out and get drunk and stuff and that was fun but I can't say that L- Idk G- Theres nothing that you have fun doing L- Well at the orphanage their strict and theirs nothing to do thier. But when I was adopted last and I went to school me and my friends would walk home from school and go to Starbucks and that was fun G- Ok thats cool. Why aren't you with the family that last adopted you? My eyes started to water but I kept it in so he wouldn't notice. I didn't want to tell him I was abused and that cps came and got me out L- Idk I guess they just got tired of me and sent me back Then a bunch of memories flooded my head of him saying that he will cut me if I don't strip for him and of him locking me in a dog cage naked when ever he would leave the house and then my eyes filled with tears but he didn't notice G- I am sorry they sent you back I promise I would never do that Then he looked at me and asked me whats wrong and I quickly wiped my tears and replied nothing G- Come on Lilly I know somethings wrong just tell me L- Im fine I promise G- Ok just know you can tell me anything. Oh and I forgot to tell you but I live in a content house with 5 other boys. L- Whaat! Im gonna be the only girl stuck with 6 boys! This just keeps getting worse and worse.
