During the 2nd semester of my 5th grade year, I decided to try being friends with ever single individual in my section. Since I was already friends the girls so I started hanging out with the boys. At first I was just that annoying girl butting in during conversations, but then it turns into me basically being apart of the boys. Hanging out during breaks, talking in groups during certain classes, being online just to be together, its was amazing. The highlight of that year. This experience made me realize that friends could be absolutely anyone. Throughout my life I was kinda limited on the kind of friends I could have, which influenced me in thinking that best and true friends could only be the same sex as me. This experience changed my thoughts completely, like seriously. I found out that guys(in my class at the time) are much more fun than the girls(please don't kill me in thinking this I was young, well still am...). So what I'm trying to say is that stop being sexist about friends(if you are) and be friends with EVERYBODY!!! Well unless if course, he/she is a complete jerk. ((((((((:
