Her eyes were same as him - black doe eyes.

Her lips were same as him - red plump lips.

Her skin was same as him - beautifully tanned skin.

Her hair was same as him - shiny black straight hair.

The little girl looked so much like him when he was younger. But how come Thanya and him looks really alike! It was like Thanya was his own daughter!

"Mommy, what is this?" Thanya asked as she touched the chain that connected to Gulf's foot. Thanya was lying on the bed with her head on Gulf's lap. Gulf didn't know how to answer Thanya's question so he kept quiet and just stroked her hair.

"Oh, I remember! Daddy said that Mommy became an angel, and angels have wings." Thanya giggled. "Daddy tied you so that Mommy won't fly and leave Thanya and Daddy again," she said and snuggled closer to Gulf's chest.

"T-Thanya," Gulf stuttered out... "Why are you here?"

Thanya immediately looked at Gulf with wide eyes, then she gasped and covered her mouth, "Oh! Thanya and Uncle Earth were playing hide and seek! I need to go Mommy or else Uncle Earth will scold me," the little girl hurriedly got up from Gulf's lap then jumped out of bed, "Don't worry Mommy, I'll tell Daddy to remove that thing," she pointed at Gulf's foot.

Gulf started to wonder who Thanya referred to as 'Daddy.' Clearing his throat, he asked the panicky little girl. "Thanya, who is your Daddy?"

Thanya seemed surprised after hearing Gulf's question.

"Mommy, how come you forgot Daddy?" Thanya replied then put her hands on her waist, "Daddy's name is Mew Suppasit. You better not to forget his name or else he will tickle you."

Gulf felt like someone poured a bucket of ice- cold water on to him. 'Fuck,' he cursed violently under his breath. Gulf didn't know why but he felt that Thanya saw and had a talked with him should be kept as a secret. He suddenly felt afraid and unsafe.

"Thanya, can you keep a secret?"

"Of course Mommy!" Thanya answered excitedly and Gulf could almost see the sparkles inside her eyes when she said that.

"Well...." Gulf quickly searched his brain for reasons that would keep Thanya from telling anyone that she met him. "Can you not tell anyone especially not your Daddy that you saw me? Becuase, if anyone else found out that I'm here, I'm scared that I might disappear again."

"No Mommy! Thanya promise that I won't tell Daddy," Thanya held Gulf's hand. And to Gulf's shock, there were tears forming in her eyes. "Don't go Mommy, please, don't leave Thanya again, I'll be a good girl, promise."

Gulf was surprised to see the reaction of Thanya. He knew he shouldn't be saying something like that to a four year old kid, but he had no other choice. He would surely be dead meat in a seconds if Mew ever found out that his daughter was talking to him. Gulf's heart broke seeing the little girl choked out through her tears with small hiccups, and he couldn't help but wonder: 'Where the hell is her mother?' But then a thought came to his mind, and Gulf couldn't stop shaking his head. 'Maybe Thanya's mother got tired of that psychopath man and decided to run away, but leaving this little girl...' Gulf sighed and rubbed Thanya's back, "Sshhh Thanya stop crying. I won't leave you again. I promise." Instantly, Gulf was shocked when he realized the word that he blurted. He immediately wished he could take it back, thinking that the kid might hope that he will stay with her. But Gulf couldn't blame himself, seeing how devastated the kid and the continuous flow of tears from her eyes, he knew he did the right thing.
