I'm on my lunch break. Tell me about yourself, Isaac?
No, I wanna hear about these bigger plans of yours?
Okay. Fact for a fact?
Okay. My favourite colour is green.
Oh, come on Isaac! Give me something juicier.
Juicier?
Yeah. A dark family secret, your most embarrassing moment, or how about this business deal that went so wrong?
I grew up here, but went away on a spontaneous business plan that fell through due to lack of funding. Now I'm back with no friends because they all moved on whilst I was away.
Can't you reach out to them?
It's not like that. We just drifted apart.
So, let me get this right. You can randomly message a stranger on Facebook because they're a mutual friend, but not a friend you grew up with because you drifted apart.
I may have missed out that there was an unforgivable argument.
Well, then that would be fair enough.
Wasn't this supposed to be fact for a fact?
Very true.
So bigger plans?
I want to be a nurse.
Well, that's an incredible goal.
It would be incredible. I redid a bunch of exams and got the qualifications for university, I'm just waiting for the results.
Then I wish you luck.
Thank you. I just feel like even if I'm a couple of years older than most uni students, I should still get the opportunity.
So many people go back, it won't matter. How old are you anyway?
22.
That won't matter at all!
Well, thank you. I hate to cut this short, but I've got to head back.
Have a nice day.
You too :)
