                                              ( HEY YA'LL. TRIGGER WARNING!!)
                          Before anyone knew it Keith's sword sliced through lances shirt and into his abdomen. keith sat there in silence slowly realizing what just happened. 
                          lance coughed and sputtered up blood, lots of it. 

                          " pity. I was really looking forward to torturing him too...oh well" haggor dropped lance onto the now blood stained gravel and left in her cruiser before anyone could acknowledge her. 
                          keith scrambled towards lance, taking him in his hands trying to stop the bleeding.
                          "y-you cant die yet! I wont let it happen!" keith choked out.
                           he didn't even realize he was crying until his tears dripped onto lances face. everyone surrounded lance, tears streaming down their faces as keith let out wracked sobs. lance weakly smiled as he started writing in his blood.
                          man it sucks dying a virgin.
                          everyone sadly  chuckled at the little comment.
                          " you aren't gonna die!" pidge cracked.
                          "yeah buddy we wont let it happen.." hunk said wiping his tears.
                          lance kept his smile. he knew there was a chance he wouldn't make and he excepted it. but there was apart of him hat was scared. suddenly everyone's voices sounded like they were under water and his vision became blurry. he was really gonna die. this was really happening. lance became tired and it was hard to keep his eyes open while shiro barked orders. it was as if he drifted off to sleep when everything took place.
                          Coran and allura fetched a pod and brought it outside and carefully put him in.
                          There was no Voltron without sharpshooter lance. no one could live without him, not even the mice.
                          Coran said he'd be in there for at least a weak but it seemed like months. keith became sleep deprived and started having anxiety attacks. he felt so guilty for what he did and he swore to himself to never take lance for granted. 
                          one morning coran woke everyone up very excited at 1 am (earth time).
                          " whyd you wake us up so early?" pidge yawned rubbing their eye.
                          "its lance!"
