I woke up to the sound of rain tapping my windows and Nick's arms wrapped around me as I gained my vision back, I slowly tried to escape Nick's arms,

"Don't go"Nick mumbled as he pulled me back into his warm embrace,

"Babe I need to make breakfast" I spoke smiling softly at him,

"No I wanna cuddle" he pouted, I melted at his cuteness and kissed his lips,

"Okay only for few mins"I said cuddling him, we felt calm in each other's embrace as the sound of rain covers us, rainy days are my favourite better when cuddled up in the arms of the love of your life the feeling of comfort and protection fills you as you feel like everything will be alright,

all your pain and struggles leaving your mind as all you can think of is happiness,

Nick caressed my hair slowly, his other arm around my waist hugging me as the warm feeling lingers around my body, I laid my head on his chest hearing his heartbeat sing to me, my eyes barely opening as I let my body relax,

"Your so beautiful" he complimented tucking my hair behind my ears,
"ᴛʜᴀɴᴋ ʏᴏᴜ"I whispered barely opening my eyes, Nick chuckled as he saw me trying to stay awake,

"You can sleep if you want princess" he spoke with his raspy voice that I love so dear much,

"I am writing this day in my brain so I can never forget"

"How do you write in your brain?"

"By staying at the moment longer"

"We can always do it again"

"It won't be the same"he smiled at my cuteness pinching my cheeks,

"How?"

"Because I might love you more tomorrow then today" Nick chuckled softly,

"Babe just go to sleep"he smiled at me,

"Fine"I said closing my eyes as sleep invites me,

"I love you"
