Lamented
(adjective)

1. A conventional way of describing someone who has died.

Laughter.
Yet it was empty.

Eijirou chuckled along with the group, a smile plastered on his face.
Bakugou walked alongside him with a blank expression and a slouched posture.

The trek to the dorms was calm for the most part with random outbursts of laughter whenever someone told a joke they thought was funny.
The ash blond was rather unamused.

Twisting the doorknob open, he entered his dorm room and was surprised to find the redhead trialing just behind.
Hands fidgeting and mouth twisted nervously.

"'S up Shitty Hair?"

"Nothing, just wanna hang out. I know you don't like being in the group for too long."

"No shit sherlock."

A snort as he flopped down on Bakugou's bed and tossed his bag somewhere on the floor.
"You wanna stargaze tonight?"

"Where'd that come from?"

"I just wanna watch the stars with you. We haven't done that yet."

"What, you got a list of things we should do together?"

"Actually, yes. One of the neatest things I keep." Eijirou chuckled and continued.
"Go to the park with you, stargaze, watch the sunrise, things like that."

"You make it seem like we're in a relationship Kirishima."

"Not really, I just wanna get bonding time with you man. I know you find a lot of people overwhelming and what better way than to do something quiet?"

Katsuki hummed as he set his bag down and sat on the edge of his bed.
"It's only three-thirty. What the hell are you planning on doing in the meantime?"

"Well for once we don't have homework, but I'm tired, so sleep..?"

"In my bed?"

"Yep. I'm already in here and comfortable."

"You fucker. At least change before sleeping. 'M gonna go grab an apple or some shit to eat."

Kirishima nodded, kicking off his shoes and slipping off his jacket.

"You're seriously gonna strip down right there?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna wear some of your clothes and take a nap."

"Tch." The door closed behind him.

Hours later and they were laying out on Bakugou's balcony with their faces skyward.
Katsuki admired the stars while Eijirou admired him.

Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.

It was true, he did have a list of things he wanted to do with the blond. Movies to see, places to eat, smiles to share. And he was sure he wouldn't get to do all of them before he left.

But he'd take what he could get.
