Chapter 11: don't touch her

After my lesson I walk out of the classroom and see Kara standing there waiting for me. 

'Hey sorry I couldn't be there. But I really missed you.' 

After Kara kissed me on the head she sees my expression. 

'What's wrong?' Kara asks with a concerned voice.

'N-nothing' I say.

Kara pulls me with her by my arm.

At a place where it's very calm she let's go of me.

'Lena tell me the truth please. I have known you for... well... a few weeks now. But that is not the face I get when you haven't seen me in a few hours.' Kara says.

I look down at my feet because I know she is right.

I start speaking but I'm still trying to avoid her gaze.

While I look at the ground I start talking.

'Sasha confronted me. She said that- well- I did well by making you my girlfriend.' I say.

'Well that's great right?' Kara asks. 

'If that was all it would be great. But that isn't all.'

'She... well... she- also gave me one option. Or breaking up with you or a twisted arm tomorrow.'

'WHAT? IS SHE OUT OF HER MIND?!' Kara shouts a little too loudly. With that she draws the attention from the students around us.

'Yes she did and she told me to meet her up after school.' I try to say calmly.

'I'm coming with you and I'm gonna teach her a lesson: never touch or speak to my girlfriend again.' Kara says in a treathening tone while she rolls up her sleeves. (Literally)

'You're not mad?'

'Mad? Yes I'm furious at her.'

'No, I mean at me.'

'At you? Why would I be mad at you?'

'B-because.'

'Lena, I can never be mad at you. Well, I did ones but this is nothing I can be mad about.'

'Thank you.' I say with teary eyes.

Kara gives me a quick hug.

'Now come on. I want to beat her up so bad.' Kara says almost excited.

I laugh and Kara and I hold hands as we walk outside.

We walk over to the spot where I always meet up with Sasha if I have to after school.

The place where we meet up is a few minutes walking and just off school property. She chose that spot because she could beat me up easily without getting in trouble by teachers seeing up.

I always used to think that Sasha was dumb but this is actually very smart. I think by myself.

Kara squeezes my hand for comfort every few seconds.

After we took a turn to the right I see Sasha and her minions standing there.

She stands there smirking.

'Luthor, let me guess you were too scared and you brought you precious girlfriend?' Sasha says in a gnarly tone.

And just when I'm about to say something Kara steps in.
