Minju Pov

"We need money to pay for mother medicine." My brother said.

I then sigh. I don't know what to do anymore to make my mother recover. We we're talking when suddenly the doctor enter.

"Your mother condition is getting worse. We need to operate her as soon as possible. If not.... you know." She said.

We just nodded. We don't know what to said. I started to worry.

My brother already went home. I decided to stay to take care of my mom. I then remember my deal with my boss.

That is my only way to find money to pay my mother medical. No matter what I would find ways to help my mother to recover.

The Next Day
Hyewon Pov

I'm on a bad mood today cause Minju didn't did not come to work. It's already 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I was plannig to have lunch with her but she didn't come. I even bought a bonquet of flowers.

I look at my watch and it's already 3 o'clock. Where is she?

I went outside and go to the front desk and ask them about Minju.

"Does Kim Minju tell you guys why she didn't go to work today?"

"Yes. She said that is an emergency. Maybe it's because of her mother."

"What happened?"

"Her mother have a heart disease. You don't know sir?" My employee said.

I just smile and ask her where is the hospital. They tell me abd I rush to go to the hospital where her mother is treated.

At The Hospital

"Room 121" the nurse tell me.

I went to that room and peek at the window and saw Minju crying while her mom is hugging her.

I suddenly feel bad. Then suddenly a doctor aproach me.

"Ouh Mr Kang what are you doing here?" She ask

"Ouh hmm I'm just visiting my mother in law." I answer she then excuse herself and enter the room.

When she enter I saw that Minju cry harder. I then aproach the doctor.

"Wait! How much." I ask.

"What?!" She ask.

I just look at her.

"32 hundred won." She said. I then went to the counter and pay.

I went back to the room and pass by Minju who is heading to I don't know where.

I follow her. Then she stop and turn around.

"You could just call me. Not following me. Cause everyone is looking at you ." She said to me.

"Sorry. It's just that I miss you." I said pouting.

"We're not even real." She said. But she hold my hand.

Then we stop at the main door. Then a guy hug her.

"Hey Min. It's been so long how is auntie?" The guy ask.

"Still the same."

The guy then face me. His eyes then widened.

"Omg! You're Kang Hyewon. The heirness of Kang industrie." I just chuckled and look at Minju.

"Uhmm why are you two holding hands?" He ask.

"He's my fiancè" I suddenly feel proud

"Omg Congrats."

"Well mom is waiting let's go." Minju said.

When we enter the room Minju just hold my hand. Her mom then look at me.

"Who are you?" Her mom ask.

"He's my fiancè" she said but I can see guilt in her eyes.

Then the doctor enter.

"There is a good news for your family." The doctor said.

Minju then look at the doctor.

"You will be having you're surgery next week." The doctor said smiling.

"Wh-at?!" Minju ask.

I then pat her back. She hold my hand and bring me to the hospital garden.

"It's you isn it!"

"Ok. First chill rela-"

"Just answer me Hyewon!" Ok she's mad.

I hug her.

"Yes." She then cry on ny chest.

"B-but w-why?" She ask.

"Because, because, because...."

"Stop wasting time. Just say it." She sais.

"I'll tell you later but most importantly we need to go to your mother room back cause we need to explain to her."

I walk closer and kiss her forehead. I feel like we we're a real husband and wife.

We then walk but I can't stop smiling. Suddenly she stop walking.

"Can you please stop smiling?" She ask.

I was shocked. How come she said that to me.

"Cause the girls can't stop looking at you." She said.

I then started to act as if I'm sniffing.

"Did you smell that?" I ask

"What?"

"Jealousy." I said smirking.

"Whatever. " she said then walk away.

"Heyy baby wait for me!" She just keep on walking.

I then sigh and smile when we finally enter her mom ward.
