Y/N's POV
After having breakfast with my mom and dad, I headed for school. I was sweating a bit because of the sunny weather.
As i reached the school premises i was greeted by none other than Aisha. She had this "thing" in her that could make anyone's day. Let's just say she was the cute and cheerful person!
She approached me with a big smile
"hey y/n how are you?" she asked suddenly in a worried tone
"i am fine aisha, don't worry about me" i assured her with a smile.
We headed to our class. And guess what?
I saw the face of the person i did NOT want to see... Dave, being all lovey dovey with that new girl. I knew very well he was doing these to make me jealous. I know him very well.
Whatever, I ignored that idiot and went to my seat, which was of course beside Aisha's.
10 mins before the class commenced, our Principal brought in a student.... A new student.
"Class, we have a new transfer student, please welcome him and help him get along with you" our Principal said...
"Hello everyone, my name is jungkook, Jeon jungkook. It's nice to meet you guys. I hope to be friends with you all." the new guy spoke.
Y/N's POV
Jungkook..damn he is charming and polite.
"take a seat jungkook" the teacher said.
He took the seat diagonally in front of mine.
Before sitting he looked at me and gave a polite smile which i returned him back.
The day went on like the others. But the sight of Dave and that girl was irritating me! I tried to keep my cool because i could not ruin my image infront of everyone.
Not to brag or something, but in school i was kind of a renowned student. I was a dancer and a sincere student in studies too, so teachers always liked me.
TIME SKIP
"AHH it's finally break time, yaahh
y/nnie let's go get our favourite juice from the school canteen!!" aisha exclaimed.
"okay let's go aisha, im hungry too haha"
We were on our way to our seats in canteen with our food, when someone bumped into me. I looked up
and to my disgust it was the girl Dave was hooking up with.
"This bitch...no no y/n ignore her she isn't worth it" i said to myself but then that girl spoke up
"What's up Y/N? Now that i have your man aren't you jealous of me? Ahh how lucky i am!"
I rolled my eyes at her, not wanting to engage in any kind of conversation. I was about to walk away when she deliberately spilled her noodles on me!
It was really hot, i kinda burnt my hand but then someone stepped in.
To my surprise.... it was Jungkook.
"hey girl don't be rude to people, don't you have manners?" jungkook said making her eyes wide.
"oh yeah? And who are you? You are new here you don't even know how Y/N is!!" she tried to argue back when Jungkook shut her up.
"She is better than you, now excuse us!"
I was surprised!
Jungkook held my wrist and took me with him.
Jungkook brought me near the tap to pour cold water on my hand which was red by then due to getting burnt.
"Does it hurt?" he asked,
"uhm..a little bit but i will be okay.."i replied
" hey,... thank you for helping me "i said..blushing a little idk why..
" no problem miss, you were a damsel in distress so i came to save you " he said jokingly and smiled
I smiled back...
He was still holding my hand...
We were suddenly interrupted by someone..
"Dude, you should leave now.."
I turned back to look at Dave who was looking towards jungkook..
Jungkook nodded and left..leaving me and Dave all alone...
which I did not want...
Dave came closer and caught my wrist tightly..
"how dare you let other guy touch you!!!" he yelled making me flinch back.
"What? He was just helping me Dave and why do you care huh?? Go back to that girl mia or mina whatever her name is!" i responded.
"Don't argue with me Y/N. Get this clear... I do not want to see you near that guy ever again! No one can touch you except for me...remember my words or the consequences will be really bad...Y/N"..
He said with a devilish smirk..shiver ran down my spine and my palms became cold...
Why can't he leave me alone..he broke up with me..
Jungkook it may sound silly but..the way you stood by me today..made me feel someway towards you...
