On our way to the ice cream shop conner was excited and holding our hands i was happy that my family was together i wouldn't change it for anything in the world "hello how may i help you" said in a flirty voice the girl that works at the shop as she stared at james didn't even notice us, i rolled my eyes "not another one" i muttered out james held my hand "hi can i get a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and my wife here will take a-- " he then turned to me and "chocolate with cookie crumbles" i said she gave me a glare i smirked at her but in the inside i was shocked he called me his wife my wolf perked in happyness and the warmness that came with it.

"daddy can I get chocolate ice cream with gummies and gummy worms and oreo crumbles" "You can get whatever you want con. '' I smiled at his words the lady glared in anger. She didn't notice Connor until he talked. "And what should my little princess want", "i'll just give her some of mine it will be to much for her" he nodded, she handed us our ice cream and jay paid then we went to sit in a booth it was hilarious watching son eat his ice cream he would hum to the flavor and the baby her was licking her lips both con and the baby had made a mess on their self james was staring at me with love in his eyes. "What?","nothing just admiring the beautiful scene" I turned around to see what he was staring at. it was a blank wall. I looked at him as if he "was crazy are you ok"he smiled and nodded. "Ok" i looked away grabbed a napkin to clean con's faces which made me laugh and he giggled back.soon as we got back home we took connor to his room to sleep and james and i read him a book gave him a goodnight kiss and hug then slipped out the room since the baby didn't have a room yet we were going to sleep in james room,

We were walking to my room audrey holding the baby in her arms just then beta Kevin mind link saying he needed to me meet urgent in the office "ok" I soon ended the mindlink "hey aud i have to go meet kevin in the office he says its urgent you just make yourself at home," "ok tell kevin i said hi", i nodded then walked off.

From the other side of the room i could hear shuffling of papers just then i see kevin with paper in his hands reading it "what was so important that i had to leave my mate for ","well you see there's a little problem so the baby that audrey brought home is not just any baby"."ok you lost me continue" "well that child is alpha Rene's and luna summer alison ashford'', " wait that means that the baby is lilith emmalynn ashford from the blood rose pack" "yes but they don't know that we have her nor do they know who took her she's been gone for like 2-3 months and not only that but kane didn't steal her first the lady that he said she was with did, turns out she had a psycho crush on alpha rene since the alpha didn't pay attention to her she took the baby away from the couple". "okay well I'll talk to Audrey and let her know what's going on". He nodded.
