The S.H (Secret Hunters)

New Mission has arrived...Mr. Collins

-LONDON-OCTOBER-17th-1978-SECRET HUNTERS H.Q-4:36 AM

NYOOOOOM, ZOOOOOM, VROOOOOOOM!

 were the sounds that could be heard coming from the snow-white Datsun 240Z that was ripping it through the streets of London at around 4:30 AM on a crisp and cool Sunday morning in the month of late October. The 240 pulled outside the Secret Hunter headquarters based out of a long-abandoned government building. He stepped out of his ride in the very middle of the abandoned multi-story car park that was attached to the Hunter base. He walked into a small doorway where he gently pushed open a door leading him to a staircase as that was as long as a serpentine. 

"I get great pay, great cars, great house but despite all of the perks of this job...this is a bit stchewpid" he muttered to himself as he started ascending the massive staircase. He eventually got to the second-highest floor where his and many other agent's offices were such as 

his boss: "Mr. Sterling"

his best friend: "Agent Smith" 

and his rival: "agent Orus".

 Edd confidently walked in through and greeting his fellow agents, signed in, and right before he could sit down his boss called him into the meeting room to inform him of his newest assignment. He opened the door and was greeted by his boss with open arms, they are very good friends who go way back to when Edd was only 10 years old, he was a distant blood relative that was very close to his parents. When he was around 16 both his parents were caught in a hit and run that was later reviled that the driver of the car that hit them was going to hit the people who were next to them, nobody ever knew what was so truly special about the intended targets. But without parents and wanting to left alone to live on the cold damp streets of Birmingham with old "Brummies" walking around who are just waiting to shank ya' and steal the 10 quid in your pocket to go use on a pack of siggies, he instead opted to go live with Mr. Sterling and slowly was trained by SAS and MI-6 agents to be recruited into S.H

"Ah, my boy, it's so good to see you, how is life treating you these days mate?"  he asked as he routinely would. 

"meh, nothing much, spent most of the weekend tinkering with the new car I got a few weeks back and a had a pint or 7 later while watching a football match on the tele, I'm pretty sure it was Manchester Vs Liverpool or something" he explained. 

"well isn't that just fine and dandy!" He exclaimed. 

"ANYWAYS!" He started

"Edd I have an assignment for you...

"Lay it on me" Edd interrupted

"your mission is to put an end to some bloke who's been popping around town and swinging by the residents of our own agents, snapping photos of them and their families and even this very base! The lives and information surrounding our very secret organization and the Agents who keep it chugging along is in dire straits!" stated Mr. Sterling

"ha! Like the new album?" Edd asked jokingly while humming the song sultans of swing from the recent Dire Straits album

"I am being serious here" Sterling said dominantly

"yes sir" confirmed Edd.

He went from the very top of the building all the way to the bottom on the same old bloody stairway to the basement where he could get debriefed by Mr. Simth's younger sister "Mrs. Brooks. He had a relationship with her in the past not knowing it was the sister of his best friend (ouch). She eventually broke it off with Edd and ended up marrying an American who worked for the C.I.A behind his back while they were very committed. (they are not on speaking terms now lol)

He walked up to her as she was just pulling out his standard-issue Colt 1911 MK IV Series 70 as well as a camera and mission files and walked away into her invention room. And so he took his stuff and went off. As much as she does not wish to talk to him, she trusts that he can carry out a mission. On the way out of the S.H headquarters, he was reminded by his boss to lay low until around 6 PM.
