**April’s POV**
After all the drama, we headed to the dining table to eat our supper. Everybody’s fine and all things were placed in their rightful places. My parents had the chance to get to know Harry and it’s pretty obvious that they like Harry for me.
“Elizabeth, have you cleaned the guest room for Harry?” my mother asked.
“Yes, madam.”
“Very well then. Shall we all go to sleep now? It’s been a very long day for us. We should now head to bed.” My father declared. We all agreed since we are all knackered. We all stand up and everyone went to their respective rooms while I guide Harry to the guest room.
“Harry.” I said as we enter his room.
“Hmm?”
“Thank you and I’m so sorry.” I said shyly.
“For what?” he asked.
“Thank you for accompanying me here, for supporting me and for understanding our family and I’m so sorry for everything you’ve seen. I must have change your perspective about me.” I looked down. Suddenly, arms snaked around my waist and pulled me close to my favorite minty smell. He put his chin on my head and pulled me closer.
“You are always welcome babe and you don’t have to say sorry. It’s been a whole new experience for me and I’m glad to witness your family become whole. Nothing’s have changed. I still love you the way I love you even before we went here.” I looked up to see him smile at me. Those beautiful eyes that I love stare into my blue ones. Those cute dimples melting my heart and his smile that tops everything like a cherry on top.
“I love you.” I whispered.
“I love you too.” then he kissed me lightly while hugging me tighter. He pulled away and I frown. He chuckled before speaking.
“You should go to bed. You’re tired.” He said. I chuckled and nodded.
“Good night Harry.”
“Good night baby.”
A soft knock woke me up the next morning. I buried my head in my pillow obviously not wanting to get up.
“April? Honey, wake up.” A soft angelic voice said.
“Five more minutes.” I lied. I mean, who does ask 5 more minutes and wake up after five minutes?
“That’s what you said awhile ago when it was 6.” She retorted.
“What time is it?” I asked, still not taking the pillow above my head.
“7:30.”
“It’s still early.” So it seemed like my 5 minutes lasted for half an hour.
“Wake up now or I’ll splash you with ice cold water.” I groaned. May used to do that and I hated it.
“Fine.” I took the pillow above my head and to my surprise, it’s my mother who woke me up. Wow, this is new.
“Good, now fix yourself and go down, we are starting to have breakfast.” she ordered, not in the way I hated, but in a motherly way.
