The dreamless Heart

Hellish Reality.

I woke near a gas station. It glowed with like lamp in the dark, I walk to gas station like moth attracted to lamp. I could hear distance noises but I continue. Walking in I saw 3 people, one was work the cashier and the other two with customers. I walk to the back avoiding interactions and sat down at a table. I looked around aimlessly to find something to do. Hearing the customers talk drew my attention so I listened from a distance so they didnt see me.
"Have you gone in town yet"
"No, why?"
"Theres rumors that theres demons lurking around."
What? Demons? There can't be demons here kenji talk to himself. Then his stomach rumbled. "Great" he check his pockets and to find that he was carrying no cash on him. He went to the freezer and took a ice cream stick cover with chocolate. I ate it right in front of the cashier.
"Hey you got to pay for that"
Yeah I will, I'll pay you when I'm leaving. I promise.  I told him. He looked at in confusion and just agreed with me. I didn't have anywhere to go and I cant outside in the dark too. It got close to closing time for the cashier and told everyone to go the front. I thought to myself that I could hide in here and continue eating food in here, but the cashier, she was locking up everything. I also didn't want to break my promise too so I went to the front. The other two people talking loudly and I cant think but listen to them. As I was turning to face them something a bag went over my head and i was hit really hard.
When I woke up I was in a middle of an intersection, but there was no car around. I was confused, but I didn't question why the people are the gas station bought me here but of where am I. Around me I didn't see much of anyone. There was a coffee shop, a gas station? And two theaters across from one another. I walk over towards the right one hoping for some answers. There was a guy in front me buying tickets. I look over his shoulder to see the price. It wasn't in cash but in tickets. "That's odd" Kenji whisper. I check my pockets for cash but only to find two tickets
(this part of the dream I walk over to the theater and bought ticket over there and went back over to give them.)
I handed the tickets to him and he let me in. The people sat in the lobby waiting, then speakers were being fiddle with to talk to us. In the far back corner theres an unlock room. Said the random person. Then the other person the lobby turn to me and started twitching. I quickly knew that I was the target and ran to the back. I was the doors but there was to many of them. I turn around to see the person coming around the corner. I quickly ran towards them. I past them, but they had a gun. They shot but miss. I hid behind the couch for cover by was completely defenseless.
Okay, remember kenji. What was he shooting. Kenji talk to himself as five more shot rang out. "That's it! He using 1911. I waited them to shoot their last shot, but nothing happen. I perk my head abit... they shot. I was able to bring head back in time but I was wasting time. I quickly got up and ran towards them. I look at them as they were reload the pistol. They had red horns coming out of their head. They pointed the pistol at me, but I grabbed the front  of the Barrel and lifted it up. He shot once which burned my hand but not my will to live. I kick him the gut and he let's go of the gun. I pointed it at him and look at him. "I'm sorry" as I shot him twice. One in the heart and one in the head.
I sat there looking at the body as it ash away from existant. Then door open loudly towards the entrance. I quickly turn to look and analyze them, They point a shotgun at me with rage. I fell down as two loud bangs miss me.
"I don't remember what type of gun that is. Shit I'm stuck." Kenji talk to himself.
They walked closer to me and cut my time short. When they shot I look up quickly to see where they were. They were on the other side of the couch. "I got it!? I hope this works" kenji talk to himself. I wait for the next shot. *bang* I push the couch towards him and hitting him ever so slightly. I jump to side look at him with the shotgun point at my hiding spot. I knew he would think I just stand still. So I had to think ahead. I leaped to the side as the many bullets miss me. I unload the last bullets of the gun into him. I layed there quiet, I fought for my life. I look at his body as it also started to ash away.
I turn around to see a person sitting. I just wait and looked at them. Then they start twitching. "No, no. Fight don't become like them" I told them. But they looked into my eyes in fear. Then I heard someone outside yelled "the demons are coming!" I look the person losing control. "Just run please. I cant hold it any longer" they said. I look around to see a giant monster outside. I watch one of its many arm came towards me and miss me, but killing the person behind me. I turn to look, their body start bloating. I ran to the back of the theater, recalling what they had said. I open the last door and it was a small bathroom. I hear the body explodes and sound of water hitting the ground. I quickly went in side and push the door close. I waited for them, but nothing happened. Then then alot strength push back alittle the door open abit. I push harder for dear life. I look up to see a mini window and locks on the side of is. I wait them push so I can quickly get the locks on without interference. *bang* I quickly took my chance, but they quickly charged again and the door open. I met facing them. They smiled as I was fighting. I closer the door as fast possible to cut the smiles. I closed it just in time before they could have gone in. I took one lock and side it in place and I twisted the other one in place. Then the door reminded still like the moon. I fell to ground tired and scared. I hear them leave, but one of them said something as they left. "You can't hide forever" as it grew distance. I sat waiting thinking that they left. Then I heard someone, their voice was really familiar to me. I looked out the window in the door and I could see abit of who it is, but I didn't need much to go off. I knew who it was it Muriel."The phone said he was last seen here" she said.
I unlock the door from safety and open the door. I met eye with eye with them. I leap towards them and hug them. I started crying and she also started crying. "I'm sorry that I hit." I told her
"No I'm sorry for leaving you behind." She said to me.
"I told you kenji, you still like her." Said kassie
"Shut up.(as in "I know, you dont have to point it out)I said.
