I guess some of us will just never really forget them. I mean, we can go on
with our lives normally, we can say we're fine and it won't be a lie because
we really are, but some days, it just hits us, like when we hear their favorite
song or when we come across some book they used to talk about a lot.
Then we remember their smile.
There's always pain when that happens, and while it's not much, it made
me realize that some people just don't come and then simply go like others
do. That we're not gonna forget them eventually like they all said we would.
Because I learned that in this universe, we're bound to meet people who will
give us memories too beautiful for our hearts to ever forget.
I, for one, am certain that years can pass and I'd still recognize her laugh in a crowded place
a crowded room.
