Hogwarts,1991:
It was time for the new young wizards to come to Hogwarts so everyone was very busy. They were arranging everything to make it as perfect as possible. They had to make a good first impression for the first year students. It was quite a mess and Faith didn't like it at all. She sighed and stood up from her place in the hall. She walked through the panicked faces and walked straight towards the forest. Before she went into the forest she greeted Hagrid with a smile, he also seemed quite stressed.
She laughed to herself as she remembered all those stressful faces. She took off from the ground and was in the air in no time. She did her usual backflips when Buckbeak suddenly appeared. Man, she loved him. She smiled at him and he signaled her with his head to climb on his back. She nodded and quickly jumped on his back. He went down towards the water and then back up, towards the train who would bring the students to Hogwarts.
"Buckbeak where are we going?" Faith asked confused when she noticed that he had brought her to a place she has never seen.
Buckbeak just moved his head to the ground and Faith looked at his eyes. They were also looking down.
She followed his eyes and saw a train. The train was driving towards the direction she and Buckbeak just came from.
"Is that the train with the new students?" She asked Buckbeak.
He nodded his head.
"Can we fly a little bit closer? I can't see anyone from this distance." She said.
Buckbeak nodded and slowly touched down a bit.
Faith looked around and soon saw a head full of white-blond hair. It was such a different color, so unique. Special. It kind of reminded her of her own powers and how Dumbledore had described them. She looked closer and studied the person a bit better. She soon discovered that it was a boy. After a bit she saw him looking back at her.
"Oh no. How long has she been staring?" She quickly signaled Buckbeak to fly back to the castle. He obeyed and they went home in no time. She hoped he didn't notice her staring.
When she arrived she saw that everyone was almost done with whatever they had to do. She smiled in relief. No more stress. Man she hated stress.
"Ah Faith! There you are! Where were you all day?" Dumbledore asked.
"I was just flying around with Buckbeak." She replied leaving out the part of her seeing the train and the boy spotting her.
"Ah good. You probably didn't like all the mess and stress?" He asked.
She nodded and smiled. He knew her so well, it was as if he was her father.
"Faith did you pack your suitcase like I told you to?" Dumbledore asked.
Faith remembered that he asked her that and she didn't do that so she began to stutter.
"Uhm I.. I may have forgotten that." she mumbled.
Dumbledore shook his head.
"Well go pack your suitcase and hurry! The students will be here soon!" He said.
She nodded and quickly went into her bedroom. She had to pack her belongings because she had to live in the dormitory of the house she would be sort in by the Sorting Hat. Thinking about it she got quite nervous, in which house would she belong?
She walked towards her bed and sat down while looking around. She had quite some memories here. She smiled, she had learned a lot of spells in this room. She grabbed her suitcase from under her bed and opened it. She walked towards her closet and grabbed her clothes which she placed in her suitcase.
She picked her books written by her favorite wizards from under her bed and placed them in her suitcase as well. She also grabbed all her necessaries for this school year and placed them neatly in her suitcase as well.
She then looked behind her remembering she also had some belongings on her bedside table. The first thing she saw was her necklace Dumbledore had given her. She smiled and then placed it around her neck. She then picked up her book which Dumbledore had written for her himself.
The book contained all the things he had learned her. She finally grabbed her wand she had for years. She only used it in the castle like Dumbledore had told her too.
She putted the wand in her pocket and then walked out of her room, glancing back one last time and went to find Dumbledore.
~
"Faith the students have arrived!" Dumbledore said exited being happy Faith would finally have friends that were her age.
