(This chapter is all in Jacinta's pov)
I grabbed her after I saw her slip. Her lips were turning blue from the cold and her clothes and hair were covered In mud. She eventually passed out in my arms.
I was sitting quietly in the nurses office, waiting for Enyo to open her eyes again. I couldn't loose her, she was the only light in my life... I love her.
I could hear her breathing, a nurse talking on the phone, probably calling a ambulance to pick up Enyo. I didn't want to leave Enyo alone without any friends so I decided that I would hop on the ambulance with her to keep her company.
I heard sirens, people crying and Enyo being moved into the back of the ambulance. I jumped in the ambulance and said I was her sister to get a free ride to the hospital with her. She'll never be alone if I can help it.
The ambulance started to move, sirens still blaring. I looked at Enyo calmly, hoping she'd awake from her seemingly endless dream.
I only just noticed the beeping machines hooked up to her as we went past the church. A large one, with a green wiggly line on it, one that was connected to her arm through a needle, clearly putting something in there. Whatever was going in was clear.
We finally reached the hospital. Heaps of people were taking Enyo and me into the hospital, while a few others took the machines. I noticed something, and after I pointed it out to the doctors and nurses, they almost had a heart attack.
The green machine with the sqiggly line stopped and made a continuous beep sound... Was she gone?
Spoilers: Enyo didn't die, she's still alive to make this book a bit more interesting, plus, it can't be called Enyo without Enyo.
