The whole crew settles down on their chairs. Everyone open their scripts.

-Okay. Everyone, I hope you all read your script, that I've sent you. If you didn't, what the hell is wrong with you?

Everyone laugh. Meryl makes her cutest ever face expression. She turns her head down and beautiful smile appears on her thick, lovely lips. Slow turn to her co-star. He laughs, looking right at his "boss". His smile makes her smile even more. "Such a cutie" - she thinks to herself.

A whole day was spent on rehearsal. Of, course, Meryl nailed it. Who would argue? But when they got the scene with Tom and Meryl in it, she was shocked. In a blink of an eye, he turned from a smiley man into a grumpy, sarcastic, serious man. Ben Bradlee. Of course, she saw movies with him, but seeing him acting right in front of her is a totally different thing. In the end of the day, she called her husband to pick her up.

After hours of sitting, her body was screaming for rest. When Steven gave them permission to go, she quickly left the building. Finally, an air. Meryl takes a deep breath and looks up. Such a nice and calm night. Her husband texts her that he is on his way. She keeps standing still until familiar steps appear behind her.

-Do you always sneak up to people? - Meryl says, not turning around and looking at the person behind her.

-Oh man! Come on. I was so close to scare you! - Tom says, making her laugh.

-Are you always so goofy? Even at home?

-Are you always so gloomy? Even at home? - he teases, taking out his phone to text his wife.

Meryl rolles her eyes and gives him a smile. Looks like there is gonna be a lot of teasing and sarcasm on the set.

-So, why are you here? - Tom asks, taking a deep breath and looking into the dark.

-Well, I was rehearsing here, if you didn't notice. - she looks at him sarcastically. Now, Tom rolles his eyes.

-Okay, okay. Got it. No more teasing.

-No. I actually like it. I haven't got it for a long time.

-Hm? What are you talking about? - he asks in concern.

-Sarcasm, teasing. Usually, on sets people talk to me, as if I'm queen or something. I'm not! And I hate it.

Tom turns his eyes down. He knew what she was talking about. He had that too. But not so much.

-You mean, I can tell shit about you and you will be happy? - he tried to make her laugh. It worked.

-Not shit. Just sarcasm. It's different.

-Really? - Tom made a shocked expression on his face - how come?

Just when Meryl wanted to tease back, her husband drove by.

-Sorry to interrupt you, love birds. But I'm here to pick up my wife. Sir, haven't you seen her? - Don asks, looking at Tom through his car window.

-Umm, well, I've seen a woman here that was waiting for her husband, I guess. Hey Meryl, have you seen where did she go?

Meryl looks at both of them, as if they were crazy.

-What the-...Do you know each other or what?

-Don't act like you have never met me before, Meryl. - Tom says.

-Okay, that's enough of sarcasm for today. Save some for tomorrow. - she winks at him. Tom looks at her with smile, as she walks towards her husband. She gets in the car and their car starts to leave. Tom waves at them until they turn off the street. Meryl lifts and eyebrow on her husband. Don noticed that.

-What?

-You know each other? - she asks seriously.

-Well, yeah. I've seen Forrest Gump. You haven't?

Meryl rolles her eyes again.

-Not that, goof. I mean, are you friends or what?

-Come on honey. - Don says as he keeps his eyes on the road. - Okay, okay. He came to the exhibition, where I was. So, we talked for a little. Now, look at us. - he says, making her laugh. - Are you jealous?

Meryl turns surprised eyes to her husband.

-What?! You and him? Oh please. I'd rather believe that you sleep with our dog.

-Come on, babe. You know it's true.

Meryl made an expression like she was sick.

-You are disgusting, Don Gummer!

-And even though. You chose me.

-And I never hesitated. - She gives him a kiss.

Meryl turns her head to the window. Night city is so beautiful. By the way, when did she start to enjoy night city?
