Blizzard stayed as still as possible. by now he thought he would be dead. He heard the snows crunching sound as one of the wolves walked.

A small growl was then heard, "Who are you!" Torch said.

"Ha who am I? I am Axepaw and you are nothing but a fire wolf. you will come with me and face your punishment. And you..." Axepaws voice turned into a growl. Blizzard could feel his eyes glaring at him. He heard a sharp growl then he was pushed back a little. He rose his head to see Torch standing in front of him.

"This one is with me. You can't touch him." This only made Axepaw growl louder. He then leaped at Torch, they shouted and growled as they fought. Blizzard backed away and tucked in his tail. ~What should i do!~ he looked around frantically but in the end he only watched. His father broke off and they both circled.

"Ha I love fighting weaklings. You know why?"

Torch only stared and growled, "Because i can make them think they are winning then-" Torch attacked, she almost got his snout but Axepaw dogged then grabbed her neck fur and pulled her to the ground. Torch whimpers as Axepaw pushed his paw down hard on her head,"I can beat them just like this. Now Blizzard."

"Ye-" Blizzard held his breath staring at the snow again.

"If you don't want a punishment, you will kill this she wolf. Come now or else..." Blizzard stood and slowly walked towards Torch.

"What, hey why are you listening to him! You are on my side!" Torch said voice a bit wavy as she struggled against Axepaws grip. As blizzard walked he saw in his mind the two Demons of his head rise up.

The pitch black one, who Blizzard had named Koga said in a deep voice, "Kill her, you don't know her. She tried to kill you and she is gonna get you beat. KILL HER!"

The  lighter gray one who Blizzard had named him Aarush said and a high pitched voice, "No, don't. She has not done anything to you. You should leave her be. Don't be the one to kill her, you should not be the one to carry that guilt. Blizzard continued walking, the two demons now fighting in his head. Torch was screaming now and Axepaw had to put two paws on her to keep her still. Blizzard rose his paw, claws out staring at her guilt all over his face.

"Kill her now, my son..." Blizzard nodded then he shoved his claws into the snow.

He now had tears down his face as he looked at his father, "No, she lives. Get off her..." Axepaw growled and showed his claws, Fine I will do it my self!" as he went to slice Torches neck Blizzard swept in and took the blow. Crimson blood crept down the side of his belly. Axepaw only growled and stepped off Torch. blizzard fell to the ground digging his claws into the snow in pain.

"WHAT THE HELL,THAT IS YOUR SON!" Torch yelled now standing back a little.

"Now he is not, he is just a tool. No, a blockade. He blocks his perfect brothers from gaining the throne. And you are just a prisoner" Blizzard tried to stay awake but the pain and rushing thoughts were to much. So he faded away into sleep.

Blizzard jumped awake. He was in a bright room with lots of snow surrounding the sides. He also saw a darkness above him. He limped walked forward to see that there were clouds in the darkness. He was in the prisoners cave. He looked down at his wound. It looked like the medical wolves had bandaged him up. Why was he down here, why had he not been woken up for punishment?

"Hey." Blizzard turned around slowly to see Torch lay on the floor, chains put around her legs. He saw to her left the muzzle chain.~She must have worked hard to get that off~ He slowly walked towards her and sat.

"Hey, you ok?" he now could better see the few scar marks around her snout.

She nodded and smiled, "Thanks for saving me back there. or at least for now, they will most likely kill me later." Blizzard clawed the dirt and smiled. No one except his brother had ever said the words 'thank you' to him.

"What are we gonna do now? I am most likely going to be called a traitor and banished. You will most likely be killed." He lay now staring intently into Torches eyes.

She cocked her head, "Do you always think so negatively? It is kinda sad." Blizzard folded his ears back and looked away. She chuckled and sighed, laying her head on the cold ground. She pulled on the chains and frowned.

"I have always thought negatively. It I guess, it is part of my personality..." he now lay his head on his paws. Torch shifted, seaming to be jealous.

"No ones personality is ever set in stone. One small or big accident could change it forever. For example you could do something super heroic and then be super brave." She smiled and lifted her head. Shifting weirdly into another sleeping position. Blizzard thought for a moment. He did do something heroic and he did feel like he could stand up to his father.

He shrugged, "Maybe you are right, but my father is still super powerful. Plus he is a Wolfpell so-" Instantly Torch rose, or sorta rose. She fell and slipped halfway through.

"Your father can use MAGIC! WHAT!" Blizzard rose and put a paw on his snout. Torch calmed and lay down again.

"Yes, he can. He rarely ever uses it though. He said 'magic users only got the magic because the were to weak to live normal lives. I will not be like them.' So sorta?" Torch still had her eyes wide. She looked off to the side fear now inside them.

"He could have killed me, with magic..." Torch now lay, her head on the floor again.

"Hmf, we should not worry about that right now. We should just get some rest." Blizzard said clear worry in his voice. He got up and lay himself under Torches head. He closed his eyes as Torch smiled and nuzzled into his fluffy fur. After a few minutes both of them driffted off into sleep.
