I have read about 15 of Juliette's letters each explaining what the day events were, how everyone at school has changed about treating her. I read one of her more personal letters today that made me break down and cry. She told me that school was like normal face to face but in this letter she wrote how everyone was cruel and pityful towards her.

My Dearest Shane,
Today was absoutly horriable, so many people come up to me and ask if i ready to die. i always respond with " are you?". alot of people think i'm just faking it, which i dont mind but when they physically come up to me and say things like " maybe you should die because having cancer isn't a joke." well no shit. It's hard to act like i dont care but it really hurts what they say about me... Good luck on your very last track meet of the year babe..

I wish that I would have payed for attention to Juliette at school. I was so focused on track and baseball that everytime we hung out I just talked about myself. I guess i needed to pay more atttention on our time together. I honestly felt that Juliette was going to get better and everything was going to fine.

Yeah, kids at school were really rude to me even my best friend Maggie. She was always in the spot light but after it was annouced that I had cancer she became cruel she thought I was pretending to have cancer to be an attention whore and that I was jelouse of her. Like how stupid?
