POV: Amity

I was scared. I knew Ms Noceda wouldn't come here. And I know Luz wouldn't stay here. But could I leave or stay?

We found the 3rd door. This one led underwater in the human realm so it was harder to find on the other end. Luz use Calamity and destroyed it.

"That's 3 of 12." She smiled and kissed my cheek as we walked home. My parents invited her to live with us. They even got the owl house moved into the property so Eda and King could be near. Though making the outside look normal was hard. And that owl tube, hooty is creepy as fuck.

"Ami-boo." Luz said.

"Yeah Lulu?" I asked.

"Are you okay?" She asked

I took her hand and smiled. "Of course my love." I said. She gave a weak smile. I hoped she wasn't worrying over staying or leaving. I'd go anywhere with her.

We got home and I went to take a bath but heard Alexander talking in the guest room.

"Michael." Alexander said. "Hes going to find out what we are doing. He'll wait at the own door."

"But we'll be ready for him." Meph said.

"No." He told them. "Im done playing his game."

For a moment there was silence.

"When I say Rice Cakes you will obey this order as a final order. You will take Luz back into the boiling Isles if she is in the human realm. You will remove the power of infinity and grant it to her. And then you will destroy the gate. And leave me on the other side." Alexander said.

I shouldnt of heard this. I ran to the shower and hoped in. As I showered I thought about what he said. What if Luz didnt want to stay here? What if she wanted to go home? Could he lock Lucifer on this side? No. He wouldn't risk leaving Luz with that guy and he wouldn't leave a power hungry demon on this side. His plan was perfect. But... He wouldn't be able to come back.

As I got into my pajamas and walked back I heard Alexander speak, "Amity, come in here." I flinched as I walked in. Him and Aleia were sitting there.

"Amity dear sit down." Aleia said.

I did. "I know you heard me." Alexander said. I went to apologise but he held his hand up, "Me and Aleia made our Choice already."

"And we've come to terms with this." Aleia added.

"But Amity," Alexander looked at me, "Should this Happen I need a favor from you." He said.

"Anything." I told him.

He looked at Aleia and she nodded. "Take care of Naomi." He said "Take her in as your own." He said, "I don't want her to worry about us. So that day I'll wipe her mind clean and if you will you'll take her in."

I looked shocked. I literally had no words.

After a moment I finally spoke, "I know I can't stop you." I said, "I know that this is the hardest was but... If there is another please take it. And should there not be," I took a breath, "Me and Luz will take good care of her." I smiled.

Deep down I know there is no other way. Not one that keeps everyone safe. I left the guest bedroom and ran to mine and Luz's room. When I opened the door I saw my beautiful fiancé reading and Azura book. I smiled and tackled her into a hug making her drop the book. She laughed as I gave her kisses all over her face.

"I love you too." She said smiling.

She pulled the covers over us and pulled me into her and held me close as we both fell asleep. I loved this girl. And if her father thinks this is the only plan. Then I won't argue. I'll try to find a better one until then.
