Alice's P.O.V
My family has decided to go on a vacation to a Lake House it's beautiful but it seems a little...mysterious. So my sister Riley and I are packing our bags and Riley says "Aren't you excited?" I responded unsure of myself " Um, yeah." Riley smiles and looks a little confused, she looks up at me "Why the hesitation?" I looked up at her once, but then tried not to make eye contact and said "I'm just a little nervous." I continued to pack my bags. Riley seemed more confused than before "Why? We're going on vacation, we have done this before, why are you all of a sudden nervous?" She took the word 'nervous' and emphasized it. I quickly put the rest of my clothing in my bag, not caring if they were neat or not, I zipped up the bag. Guided it to the floor and rolled it over to the other side of the room to my sister and said rapidly "I just feel a little different about this one Riley." And brought my suit case down stairs. Put it down on the floor, and went to the closet and slipped on my white and grey huddie. And quickly threw on my old, brown Bailey button uggs. And yelled " I'll meet you guys in the car!!" And opened the door as I felt the slight breeze run threw my hair. I ran to the car and slammed the door, I breathed in through my nose and out through my mouth, I shut my eyes and relaxed. And hoped that the vacation will be okay.
