Sunstars struggle

"Wake up Mintkit!" screamed Sunkit. "ughhhhhhhh" Mintkit responded. "The sun is in the middle of the sky" Sunkit said eagerly. "Wait WHAT!" screamed Mintkit running out of the nursery with Sunkit running out of the nursery behind her. The sight of the snow covering trees and the feel of the snow falling on the young kits muzzle. The camp was amazing from the snow on the ground to the smells and sights of roaming cats. Then Sunkit saw Wingrock, the Mountinclan deputy. She just had to meet him. Sunkit ran over to Wingrock who was talking to Foxstar about something. Sunkit leant over from a nest. "What are you doing you little rascle?" said a voice from behind her .Moonpaw the medicine cat apprentice was standing right behind her." W-what are you doing here." said Sunkit shaking. "Oh nothing, just spying on you spying" said Moonpaw with a friendly smile. "Why don't I show you around the camp, since it is your first time out of the nursery." It was Sunkits first time out of the nursery. "Sure but i doubt I will need it" said Sunkit trying to be cool."Why don't I show your friend around. I think her name was Mintkit" said Moonpaw. "Uh ya thats her name and sure I just need to find her" said Sunkit kinda embarrassed that she lost her own friend. "Well OK then but don't keep me waiting" said Moonpaw smiling. Sunkit raced off looking for Mintkit. Finally she found Mintkit stuck in a hole made out of some loose snow. "Help! Please Sunkit" said Mintkit franticly struggling to get out. "One second I will go get Moonpaw, you wait here" said Sunkit nervously. "WERE ELSE WOULD I GO!!" screamed Mintkit but Sunkit had already left to find Moonpaw. Finally she found Moonpaw. "You OK? You look scared" said Moonpaw. "Mintkit. Snow. HELP!" By the time they got there a paw full of cats were surrounding the hole. "I'm coming Mintkit" said Sunkit jumping into the hole not thinking of what she just did. Sunkit grabbed Mintkit by the scruff trying to climb out but she was stuck. Suddenly Sunkit got an idea "Pour snow from the edges" said Sunkit. "Are you trying to kill us?" screamed Mintkit. "You have to trust me" said Sunkit with full certainty. "Fine only because you're my best friend" said Mintkit unsure if she should trust Sunkit. Mintkit started to push the loose snow into the hole while Sunkit padded down the snow. Soon the snow was high enough to jump out of. Sunkit's mother Goldshine ran over and grabbed the kits and went to the nursery to clean them up.
