Sunstars struggle

"Cherryoak will be so glade your safe" said Goldenshine. "Ya. I'll be happy to see her to. She's been gone for so long, I don't know when she's coming back" Mintkit said looking down at her paws sadly. "Well then stop your waiting, she's here" said a mysterious voice getting closer to the nursery. Suddenly Cherryoak walked into the nursery. The fluffy black kit ran to Cherryoak. "Mom I'm so glad your back" Mintkit said pressed up against Cherryoak the long-haired orangey-red pelt, almost suffocating the kit. "Can we play outside?" said Sunkit using her cute eyes. "Fine. Just outside the entrance" Goldshine answered back. The two kits played outside hitting moss back and forth. Suddenly a cry came from one of the warriors. Sunclan warriors burst trough the snow covered bushes hissing and slashing at other cats. Blood scattered across the ground. "Come on, into the nursery" Sunkit said to Mintkit who was frozen with fear. "Come on!" she screamed once more, tears pouring down the young kit's orangey red pelt, but Mintkit was frozen. She tried to drag Mintkit into the nursery behind the pale gray elder who was guarding the nursery but Mintkit was to heavy. Warriors were fighting, blood on there claws. Two sunclan Warriors ran toward the pale gray elder biting his back and neck, they continued til the body stopped moving. The elders eyes were lifeless, a pool of blood around him, teeth and claw marks scattered across his body. Sunkit never saw a dead cat before, it was one of the saddest things she had ever seen. She thought that that was going to be her. The two |Sunclan cats each picked up a kit, a large black tom picked up Mintkit while a brown Siamese she-cat picked up Sunkit. Sunkit thought she was going to die here when Hawkstar raced toward them onto the brown siamese. She pinned her down and kicked at her underbelly. "Give me the kit and scram, you scrawny Sunclan rats" Hawkstar screamed while Sunclan retreated. "Are you OK? Thats the last of them" Hawkstar said "They took Mintkit!" Sunkit anserwed back fear hitting her body like ice snow in a blizzerd.
