Muzan:
I can just imagine Muzan's like this strict roommates who'd constantly watch over you, he may sound mean but he's just looking out for you, but I mean if he takes a liking of you he'll stick around more and try to earn your trust, helps you out with some stuff and sometimes brings you gifts and pay for bills mostly, if you dare to even try paying it yourself you bet Muzan will rush in, force you to sit back and relax while he's in charge of everything, he might ask you if you want to work for (or with him) only for you to join the Kizuki,.......... psst hey wanna know something? you're his favorite now
Kokushibou:
an introvert but Kokushibou would speak out sometimes when it's necessary, he would also be the kind of roommate to make sure you get enough sleep, have a well-being, eat well, making sure you don't over-do work, ect. while you're away Kokushibou tends to do the chores when you don't have time to do or finish them, he'd even be the type to prepare meals/breakfast/lunch/dinner so once you come back you'll see the set of food already prepared on the table.he'll also help you in anyway he can like rent/bills ect:

Douma:
oh god Douma's gonna by the fun yet nosy roommate who would invade your personal space, he'll insist you two do something fun together as if you were best friends, he'll take you out to fun places even like amusement parks, but sometimes his friendly attitude can exhaust you sometimes so when you tell him you need some breaks he'll look a bit hurt but he understands, he always has the habit of sneaking into your room to see what you hide from him when you're out for work, go out shopping or hang out with friends or family, he'll fucking snoop around, f he ever makes you mad he'll bring gifts and other stuff to make it up to you:
"reader, I'm sorry I made you mad, I'll take you out for dinner and we can talk things out!"
Akaza:
will exchange few small talks or strike long conversations with you, he doesn't want to make things awkward for you so eventually you two became friends, helps you with anything you need, fights off annoying ass neighbors, chase off trespassers like a fucking pit-bull dog ready to tear them into shreds, whatever. If you get sick you bet he will be there for you when you go through some hard times (and being sick), taking care of you in any way he can for you to get better, If you come back from a long exhausting day and pass out he'll enter the room to cover you wit a blanket so you can rest well:

Hantengu:
he's a shy boi, tends to stay out of your way because he doesn't want to bother you but you would always have to make him come over assuring him he's not a burden but he's not sure. always hangs out or hiding on the stair cases watching you do your thing he can get curious as he watches closely to see what you're doing while far away. Hantengu also never forgets anything if you forget something so he'll remind you on time:

"um... today's August 30 (just something random just play along)... and your doctor's appointment starting in a few minutes"
"OH SHIT THANKS HANTENGU!!!!!"
right when you rush out on your way to certain place he'll feel a bit flattered and never forgets this moment, he also always welcome you whenever you return from some place
Gyokko:
talks about art nonstop, he does lots of amazing arts, paintings, sketches, whatever he finds and does in the most creative way so you got some paintings hanging on the wall down the hallways and other places to make the house more "home" however he describes cozy, Gyokko even teaches you the wonders of art, I can imagine him being a germophobe freaking out over that one spot of stain on a rug he will wash it 10 times until it gets clean

Daki:
whenever she gets bored she'll drag you around with her to some places like the mall so things can get more fun and cuz she's feeling a bit lonely, spills a bunch of tea and gossips a lot to you like she recently heard Douma getting dragged for cat-fishing Shinobu (OOF), will invite you to lots of parties or nights out at bars as she encourages for you to also dance with her, she is also he;;a protective of you, she'll be super happy when she invited her big bro Gyutaro he bonded with you so now you guys hang out as a trio every once in a while
Gyutaro:
he'll be distant at first but he'll come around eventually, he'll ask about you and eventually you guys hit it off becoming friends, he will be hella protective and gets pissed when you rant about some Karen trying to fight you at the store so he'll pay her a "visit", if you have any insecurities Gyutaro will leave little notes around saying you're perfect and not to listen to any one who bad mouths you, Gyutaro also gives you a lift whenever you needed to be picked up from wherever you are in his motorcycle, he also invites his sister Daki so she can watch over you while he's away so you two also become friends
Kaigaku:
he is gonna be a fucking jerk of a roommate, tends to steal your food because it tastes better than his food (you guys literally have the same food), drinks straight fro the milk carton or bottle of soda, blasts loud music anything just to annoy the shit out of you, he even blocks the tv like standing in the way while you're trying to watch tv so you both end up wrestling on the floor. both you and Kaigaku do lots of petty revenges on each other and in the end you two have a good laugh at the end of the day, he also cares for you like if you oversleep he'll kick the door down and yanks your blankets away then drags you out of bed:
"WAKE THE FUCK UP, RISE AND SHINE BITCH COME ON!!!!!!!!!"
Nakime:
she's also an introvert, prefers staying in her room and be left alone while you do your own thing but when you're away she'll be active, cleaning the house and other stuff so when you come back she'll go right back to her room and pretend like her same self but you appreciate the things she has done, you two also talk but just for a bit, she's pretty chill too
