"Stop it right now Omar!" I screamed letting my anger come out.

"Stop what?" He said coming towards me with a smirk on his face.

I backed away with sweat coming down my forehead. I desperately tried to get away.

"Stop trying..." I cried, "I am engaged!" I attempted once more.

I saw anger in his eyes. He narrowed his dark black eyes at me.

I could feel anger running through him. I quickly turned around.

Before I could continue to walk, I felt a cold strong hand on my back. Soft lips came running down my neck. It sent fireballs through me.

When it reached my ears, I heard him whisper "I know you are but you can't stay hiding in that world for long." His hand tighten its grip on my back. "You know you don't like him Vivienne!"

----------------------------------------------------

My name is Vivienne, and I am 17 years old.

That is where my story began with, Omar Fawzy. Weird to think that I am engaged at 17 right?

Well it's technically my parents fault. Baba, or daddy, lost a lot of money in his business, so we only had Amo Ahmad, my uncle, to lend a hand.

It was arranged by baba and Amo Ahmad that me and Nader will get engaged. So it wasn't your typically love story.

I always dreamed of falling in love, kissing my love at the beach while the dark night covers us, feeling the sand beneath our feet, the water lapping at our feet, hearing the sound of the waves but, because of baba I sacrificed this dream.

I am not mad I am engaged to Nader actually, he is such a sweet guy but he is not for me, maybe time will change that.

--------------------------------------

I woke up to that annoying sound. the repeated beep of my alarm ringing through the air.

I spread my arms out to stop. I let out a groan, wiggling around on the bed.

Today mama and baba are coming back from their trip. I jumped out of bed and walked happily to my window.

I reached for my white curtain, The light rushing in, almost blinding me. I opened the balcony door, wind came blowing in.

I smelled the fresh smell of clean air; I felt refreshed already. From the balcony I saw Nana, nurse, talking to Amo Hamed.

Her brows furrow together in anger. Her wrinkled face together in vain. Her arms were moving fast in front of her.

Amo Hamed was standing there with his arms closed together. His face was to the ground.

A smile rose to my face, I quickly knew what happened. Amo Hamed must have did one of his tricks on nana.

My morning wouldn't be complete without this. I turned around, grabbed my robe from the chair next to my bed, and went straight to the bathroom.

Turning on the lights, adding life to the bathroom. I came out stepping on the gray mat. I dried my wet body with my towel. I wrapped the towel around me so it hugged my body. I got out closing the door behind me.

What should I wear, I wondered looking at the endless closet of clothes. I finally chose light washed skinny jeans and a blue sweater.

For my shoes I chose some high heels. After putting my shoes on I went to my vanity to do my makeup. Horrid, I thought before applying my makeup which i hoped would help.

I ended up putting some mascara and some eyeliner and nude lipstick.

I ran downstairs to find nana in the kitchen. I gave her kiss, "good morning nana." I sat at the kitchen table. "Good morning ya habibti (my dear, my love) she said.

I picked up an apple and bit into it. "By the way Nader is coming over today." I almost choked on my apple. "What!" I yelled "Why is he coming? I questioned.

"He is a big part of this family, or did you forget he is your fiancé." I pouted my lips, "no I didn't forget."

I mean how could I forget, when everyone keeps reminding me every freaking second. I kept that thought in mind and as I made it out the door.
