"Are you sure you can't see anything, Nadine?" James said while adjusting the old faded tie covering my eyes. All the while he and Sirius continue to lead me blindly through the corridors. We took a few turns, which made it impossible for to guess where on earth they were taking me.

"For the last time yes and you two better not let me fall like last time." I retorted, straightening my disheveled robes.

"Wow, absolutely zero faith in your two friends, I'm- I'm wounded!" Sirius's voice full of mock hurt like the dramatic actress he was. I let out a sigh, as the he shaggy haired boy continued his tug on my wrist while rounding corner after corner.

"Truthfully speaking, she did fall in the Black Lake the last time you tried to lead her somewhere, Pads" the spectacled Marauder who followed close behind me said quietly.

I felt myself be pulled in a yet another direction. Struggling to keep up with their lengthy strides I start to feel quite rag dollish, being ushered about by over grown children. Sirius cursed under his breath, "Yeah thanks for the reminder glad to know you're on my side." He huffed pointedly in my direction. "Now this way Nadine, chop chop." I hinted a giddiness to his voice.

I laughed climbing the steep steps I was being guided up. Once we reached the top, James and Sirius stopped.

"We are here!" They exclaimed loudly in a cohered unison. I felt a pair of hands behind my head untying the blindfold. Opening my eyes they immediately widened to saucers.

The Astronomy Tower lay before me entirely transformed. All of a sudden the sore muscles in my legs stopped screaming from the flights of stone stairs, as I took in my surroundings. The midnight blue sky above us was filled with stars, and a gentle breeze caressed my cheeks. Candles floated in the air casting an amber glow, a large blanket was laid out, pillows surrounding it. I couldn't help the knowing smile that grew as I saw the basket of food containing an abundant amount of chocolate.

"So, what do you think?" I heard a familiar voice whisper from behind me. Turning around I saw my boyfriend Remus looking shyly at me. I didn't noticed him beforehand.

"Remus, my goodness did you do all of this?" I said fully looking in his direction now.

Trying to make a mental note of this moment I spend some time taking him in. Tall and lanky with forest green eyes, sandy brown hair that stood up in different directions without meaning. Cheeks tinted with a cherry flush on supple olive skin that seemed to glow in the low lighting of The Astronomy Tower.

We met on the Hogwarts Express during our first year and had become best friends shortly after. Back then he was just the somewhat reluctant but sweet boy, whose energetic and fun side only showed around his fellow Marauders. Although I always thought he was cute, tonight he looked undeniably handsome.
