Raven Method

So for my method, I'm using the Raven Method. It's the easiest method, since I have trouble imagining and then sticking to that scenario like for the Sunni Method. Here's a step to step on how to do it.

1.) Most likely do it at nighttime.

2.) You should be pretty sleepy, and if you aren't I recommend a short meditation session.

3.) Lay down in a starfish position, so none of your limbs are touching.

4.) (optional) Read over your script a few times, or look at a few pictures or videos of the DR you will be entering.

5.) Once you have a perfect picture in your head, lay down and close your eyes.

6.) Count to 100, but imagine yourself in your DR each number.

          - (this is a bit hard for people who get distracted easily, like me, but I say "one" and then say "I am in my desired reality" and then imagine myself interacting with people or things in my DR. Then I say "two" and do the same thing. It's a bit hard, but with practice, it gets easier!)

7.) If you wake up super sleepy, make sure to carefully examine your surroundings, as you might have woken up in your DR!

8.) If you didn't wake up in your DR, that is perfectly okay! Not many people shift on their first try.
