Ash's pov:
I was daydreaming in the cafeteria waiting for the waiter on our table with lillie and mallow Chatting when kiawe and Sophocles came by
"Hey guys! Can we sit with y'all?" Sophocles greeted and ask permission
"Sure! Why not!" Mallow Replied smilling

"Hey ash!" Kiawe greeted "oh hey kiawe! What's up?" I replied kiawe was gonna say something but was cutted by a waiter thats taking orders, we all are in an elite school so thats why there's a waiter here if you're wondering

"Excuse me!" The waiter said
"May i take your order?"
"Yes please!" Me Sophocles and kiawe said
"What would you like for drink?"
"Oh i would just take a Cold tea" i said while Sophocles and kiawe Said their orders
"Anything else?"
"No thanks!" We all say
"Hey why did you only asked for a tea?" Kiawe said while looking confused
"Oh my mom prepared me a lunch and i forgot to bring the drink so.." i replied sheepishly scratching my head
"Typical ash" sophocles said jokingly

"Heehee" i chuckled while everyone laughs
I look around the cafeteria its a huge school actually..
I look around looking from direction to another when i find something to lock my eyes on it was gladion he was eating by the window with other kids.. looks like he didn't know who they are... Now that i think about it gladion looked angelic when he was shined by the sunlight

Not that he looked demonic while he wasn't tho, it's just- he looked different when he was eating or shined by the sunlight it looked..

"Ash? Ashh! Helloooo!! Earth to ash ketchum!!" I woke from my daydream to mallow waving her hand infront of my face and calling my name
"Y-yea??"
"I have been calling your name for a whole 3 minutes!" Mallow claimed while everyone stared at me concerned
"O-oh! Sorry i was lost in thought!" I said as an excuse
"Uhm.. ash btw, why are you staring at my brother? Uhm.. im sorry if i get it wrong but it looks like you were staring at him" lillie said making me flinch in recoil as my face burns up
"U-uhh..." I stuttered
"B-btw! Where is lana??" I gestured my hand on my forehead trying to change the subject
"Oh lana has a club activities shes probably swimming" mallow pointed out

"Ash? Can you answer the question i just asked you?" Lillie said making me sweat
"Uhm.. n-no! No! Thats nonsense i wasn't staring at him i was staring at the window!" I said in a panic
"Wait i never told you my brother is beside the window" lillie added i jumped blushing crimson red as i tried to cover my face with both of my hand

Sophocles kiawe and mallow looked at me with a smug expression on their face knowing i was blushing a crimson red
Mallow wrapped her hand around lillie's Shoulder
"Ya'know! Maybe he just noticed him and looked somewhere else!" She said lillie blushed a little "oh okay.. maybe..."

•After some time•

"Excuse me, heres your orders" the waiter come back with a tray filled with our food & drink
"I hope you enjoyed!" She smiled and turned to go back to the kitchen

Gladion's pov:
I was eating while looking out the window to see trainers batteling, playing and eating on the school yard, i was doing my thing munching on the food i ordered i look around the cafeteria and looked down to see my umbreon sleeping in between my legs

I continued eating until i feel like someone or something is staring at me i thought it was just team skull again trying to pick fights with me, so i tried to ignore it but the curiosity gets the best of me so, i turned my head and looked around finally knowing who or what that was staring at me

It was ash.

Knowing it was ash my face heat up a bit and immediately turned away from him my heart beating fast i panicked and eat as fast as i could to get out of the cafeteria
