Beneath the Moon

Arrival

We left the Rustic Forest with Alexis. Now we're walking at 2:00 in the morning.

"I'm exhausted and hungry. We didn't rest nor eat the whole day." Terrence complained.

"Yeah. And I wonder where should we go to get to Japan." Lance said.

"I guess this place is so far from that country." I said.

"Touché. But since this is a magic land or something. Maybe we can use a portal."

"Harvey is right. This place is full of magic. My senior taught me to make one to teleport everywhere to guard the whole forest." Alexis said. "All we need is a lake."

We tried searching for a lake. "Guys! I found one!" I heard Lance yell. We went to him and saw a very very huge lake. It's so clear like a crystal. I'm so fascinated. The bodies of waters are polluted nowadays, that's why.

"So what should we do Alexis?" Terrence asked.

"Enchantment." He replied. "From north to south, open me a route. From east to west, go do the rest. To Japan we will go. Through my guitar and solo." He started playing his guitar and the lake glowed. "Everybody, let's hold hands. In the count of three, we'll jump to the lake."

We all nodded and hold each others hands. Alexis started counting while holding Terrence's hand that hold to Lance's that hold to Harvey's, that hold to mine's that hold to Tristan. "One... Two... Three... GO!" We jumped and there are blurry figures but then I feel dizzy and everything turned pitch black.

I opened my eyes. I saw some weird characters but I can sense that it's foreign. "Where are we Harvey?" I asked to the boy eating beside me.

"In Mizuki Tehara Restaurant." He replied. "You must be hungry. Eat with me. The others left buying essentials we'll need during our stay here."

"How long will we stay here? Where will we stay? Are we in Japan? Where did you get money?"

"Calm down Zeanne. 1. More than one day for sure. 2. Alexis said he got a plan. 3. Yes. 4. Alexis hypnotize a very greedy man earlier and that's where we get it. Now eat. I don't want you to starve." He said. He called a waiter and order some dishes for me. When he serve them, I started eating. It's so delicious.

After eating, we left and went to the others location. My jaw dropped on what I saw. Lance called us to enter the beautiful huge house.

I saw Alexis and talk to him. "What's all of this?"

"Well Tristan said we need a place to stay, food, clothes and specially money to survive. Don't worry sweetie, after your mission here, I'll break the spell. That man is so mean to your friends earlier so I did what I did."

"Fine. But please don't use any endearment. It can be hard for us to look for the girl of your dreams if they will think you're taken through the way you call me."

"Oh I get it Zeanne. Can't believe you're still doing this."

"Of course. I promised remember?" I smiled at him. "Nice house by the way."

"It's the old greedy Mr. Suzuki's. We better go inside before his kid arrive." He said and I just nodded.

Lance cooked for supper together with the maids. When I tasted them, they're so delicious.

After dinner, we went to a guest room with Mr. Suzuki. We decided to gather there to plan our mission.

"So where can we find a Sakura tree?" Lance started.

"My daughter owns a land with 37 dozens of Sakura. But I don't know it's location. My wife bought it for her and brought her there before we move here from New York." Mr. Suzuki butt in.

"That's great. Maybe we could ask her when she arrive." Terrence said.

"That's the catch. She called me earlier and said she will be back after 3 days because they have school camping in Mt. Fuji. Can you wait?" He asked politely.

"Your spell is really effective." I whispered to Alexis.

"Serves him right. He's so mean earlier." He whispered back.

"Maybe we can wait her. 3 days won't kill. Besides we can use those days to help Alexis." I replied.

"Great. Stay here as long as you want. I got everything handled. Money, foods, clothes, anything. Why don't you enjoy Japan tomorrow."

"Thank you Sir. It can help a lot." Harvey said.

We  started chatting with Mr. Suzuki. I learned that he's really a Japanese and just live in New York during his childhood and there he met his wife but she died when she's giving birth to his 2nd kid yet unfortunately, the baby also died with his mother. After chatting, we go to sleep. Me and my companions slept in one guest room. It's Lance idea, so we can guard each other.

We chose our sleeping spots. Tristan claim the bed. Alexis claim the couch. Lance and Terrence claim the floor. Me and Harvey decided to sit on the chair and rest our heads on a desk.

"Sweet dreams Zeanne."

"You too Harvey."

"Guys wake up!" Terrence yelled to all of us. "It's time to enjoy Japan."

"Back to sleep Terrence." Tristan commented.

"But the sky's awake and I'm awake so we have to go."

"Good morning Terrence!" I greeted him. "I'll try to wake them up." I hold my necklace and it glowed. "MOONLIGHT SO BRIGHT! SPLASH THEM SOME WATER AND MAKE IT COOLER!"

Everyone get up. All of them looked at me puzzled except Tristan. He gave me a dagger stare. "What on Earth thief?!"

"I— I'm sorry. I'm just helping Terrence to wake you all up." I said and bowed my head.

"Zeanne is right guys. Let's get ready." Harvey said.

Tristan groaned but followed and so as the others. After taking a bath, I used the clothes I saw in the closet. It's nice. When all of us are ready, we went downstairs and meet Mr. Suzuki and eat breakfast. He's so kind. I wish he's not under a spell just to be nice. I sighed in that thought.

After breakfast, the man gave us lots if money for expenses and credit cards. Wow. He's really so rich.

We bid him goodbye before we left and so as he. We went to so many places around the city and learned it's Tokyo. We ride in different rides in the amusement park. We eat variety of dishes from different popular restaurants around Tokyo. We also spend time at the mall and these boys shop more than me, even Alexis. We have so much fun but I'm not satisfied until I fulfill my promise to Alexis.
